Amazing Stay

My family and I stayed at this beautiful beach condo for 5 nights. The place was amazing, beautiful decor and steps from the beach and pool! This Phase is also really quiet, which we enjoyed with having a 1 and 3 year old. Amazing Condo!

Room smelled horrendous! Not sure what happened there! Water heater leaked all over floor. Water roaches in our room. Hood was damaged and not working. Host was communicative. Beach view was nice. Only 1 pool at this phase. Did have bar. Overall I would not stay in this room again. Much smaller rooms then phases 1 and 2.

This is our second time staying here. The location is great! It’s in the quieter phase of Las Palomas but a short walk to the busier pools. Unobstructed view of the ocean and pool from the deck. Perfect for watching sunsets and dolphins! The beds are comfortable if you like a firm bed. Hot showers with great water pressure. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook basic meals. Everything was clean and in good condition. Plenty of space for a group of six people. Highly recommend!

Rocky Point

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!! We enjoyed it so much, that we extended our stay. Ryan, the host responded quickly about any questions that we had. The condo itself was everything that was described. Great location, beautiful views, very clean!!! Had beach chairs, and inner tubes that we were able to use. We are going to make this an annual vacation and booked this exact room! 😉😁

Beautiful condo

Condo was nice clean and great lay out. Nicely furnished. Only complaint was the gate to walk out fromCondo patio to pool was broken so we could not use patio as access to beach and pool. We notified maintenance twice and it was never fixed.

Perfect place!

This was the perfect place for two families (total of 6 people)! Plenty of space for everyone. Everything was in great condition, clean, and worked. Lots of hot water and great shower pressure. Loved being on the first floor directly in front of a pool for the kids but they also liked being able to swim at the pools in phases 2 and 3. There is also a small golf putting green the kids enjoyed. The view of the beach/ocean from the living room/patio was stunning and we watched the sunset every night. Highly recommend!
