OCEAN FRONT condo is located on the 1st floor of the Barcelona Building (building closest to the beach) of Phase 3 (newest and most desired) in Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort. Las Palomas is a 4 Diamond Resort and is ranked the best in Puerto Penasco. Barcelona 106 is on the 1st Floor which is perfect for easy access to the pools and beach.

Our Condo has a large balcony where you and your guests can dine while enjoying incredible ocean sunsets. The condo is fully equipped with brand new energy efficient appliances, brand new furniture, cooking utensils, and a Reverse Osmosis system for water drinking safety. The living room features and Large 65” Smart TV with Netflix and many other online services for your entertainment as well as new leather couches, one of which has a memory foam Queen Sleeper Sofa. We have a laundry room with a full washer and dryer in the Condo. The master bedroom features a 65” Smart TV along with memory foam mattress, a bathroom off of the bedroom and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom features a king size bed along with a 52” Smart TV. The third bedroom features two queen beds and a 52" Smart TV.

Las Palomas offers many amenities including playing golf at “The Links”, professional 18-hole, Par 72 golf course, eating at el Citron Fine Cuisine and La Maria, fabulous courtyards with multiple pools, including a lazy river, water slide, kiddie pools, negative edge waterfall and pool, jacuzzis, a swim up bar that offers a full menu to enjoy pool and beach side. There are Italian lounge chairs with Ramada’s. There are many activities to enjoy such as jet skiing, parasailing, banana boat rentals, deep sea fishing, snorkeling, as well as lounging under the palapas or strolling on the groomed sandy beach. You can be sure that our condo meets and exceeds all of Las Palomas high standards.
