This is a beautiful open floor studio suite with one bath that has gorgeous ocean views. This place sits on the third floor of a 5-story house. It has a fully equipped kitchenette, dining table for 4. There is a full-size bed and a sofa pull out bed.
Downstairs on the second floor, you will find a common area for all apartments in the triplex as a hang out spot.
Palacio is perfect for a family of four in the studio but, if you have a larger party, there are two other apartments in the building that are also available for rent. With renting out the complete building, there are 7 beds and room for at least 4 queen air beds on decks and floor space. Room for up to 30 people.
