Pros: Nice location, Good View, Ample space.Cons: Excessive rules and policies with threats of fines. Narrow check in window: 4pm-6pm with threats of fines for being late, BBQ didn’t work, non-disclosed policies on the advertising, rude communication. I wouldn’t recommend.
This property was perfect for a 3 day stay in Bullhead City for a softball tournament. The kitchen was well stocked, and the amenities well thought out. The gathering places were wonderful, especially the decks over looking the Colorado River. The property had its own boat dock, and although it was a little cold in February to fully use it, we enjoyed sitting on the dock in the sun, dipping our toes, and enjoying the wildlife, fish and beautiful sunsets. We were greeted and walked through the property upon arrival and always felt safe.

Overall the stay was fair. There was some concern when we arrived as a neighbor came and knocked on the door claiming the property owner was a predator. This was concerning and left everyone on high alert. However, nothing else concerning happened during our stay. The house was clean overall except for a few things, they had an ant issue in the kitchen and a large cockroach was found on the ground level. We did not find any other critters and this may be a result to being on the river and by water but I'm not sure. The keyless entry did not work either. I was provided with a code but never any instructions on how to work the key pads. Luckily there was always someone at the house and we didn't have to worry about it. For the amount we paid to stay at this property I think it is overpriced. Neither of the fire places worked and when we asked the host about it she said she did not feel safe having us use them as she was not sure if the chimneys have been cleaned. Also, the ice machine in the fridge did not work and appeared to be broken. Multiple windows had pellet holes in them, which I can only assume are from duck hunters as that is a popular thing in the area and on the river.
