Enjoy the panoramic views of the Colorado River from any of the 3 decks of our home. Our beautiful 5 bedroom 4 bath home with that is well maintained and in the perfect location. About 10 houses down from a launch ramp and plenty driveway parking as well as boat deep covered parking . (No inside garage parking) Enjoy the day life out on the water during the day and then head out for a night out on the town by being minutes away from multiple restraunts and nightlife attractions. Laughlin is approximately 1 mile up river and the Avi Casino and resort is down river roughly 3 miles or Pirates Cove a litter further down than that! This house is in the prime location of Holiday Shores. We would love for you to come and see for yourself all of what our property has to offer!!

We have great neighbors and want to keep it that way so please be respectful of our home and them as well! This is a great home for a good time but definitely not a party pad to trash!!! Neighbors all watch carefully over each other in this neighborhood so you can ensure you are in one of the best areas in Bullhead!! Floating down river in the no wake zone is an absolute blast!!

Great Place, Great Location

House was clean, everything we needed for cooking was available for us. Overall a great place to stay and location on “No Wake” zone was perfect for swimming on the river. Would definitely stay here again.

Oasis on the water

The property is well kept, decorated inside, and very guest-oriented. There is lots of seating on the patio that is covered and looks onto the water. The extra room on the bottom that walks out to the dock is great for the younger adults who played ping pong when they needed to come in for a bit from the heat. Really a great location and home. Highly recommend.

Great family river trip!

Just Right for Our Family

The property fulfilled all of our expectations. Our Thanksgiving holiday went off without a hitch and we felt fully accommodated. The only disappointment was the high winds preventing us from spending more time utilizing the outdoor space. Our family would absolutely consider staying here in the future.

Beautiful house - Perfect location

We really wanted to come and enjoy the river. This house sat in a "no wake" zone which made it a perfect spot to be in the river. We were a family of 15 and we had plenty of room. Our host was easily reachable and responded quickly.

This is our 3rd time staying because we love the property soooo much and Cindy is very helpful and quick to respond. The pictures do not do this home justice, it is large and accommodates our large family nicely. We love staying here. The water levels were low this year, but that is outside everyone's control and just need to be aware if you are launching watercrafts etc. We had a toddler with us though and so it actually worked out to play in the water with him without the current.

Great house, great location

We had 13 people and 2 dogs in our group. There was plenty of space for everyone and the perfect amount of parking. The house is in a great location to be able to play on the river or just relax in the water. The house was clean and all the kitchen necessities needed were available. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

Family Summer Vacation

I want to say thank you to the owner Cindy. She was very easy to communicate with and was very accommodating. The house in every way was perfect for my family and friends. The house had everything we needed and more. I hope we hope to be able to go back and enjoy another summer there. I would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable house at the river.

Cindy's property, has everything needed all kitchen appliances I was not even expecting. My family and I were overly impressed! Beautiful From the inside to the outside.immaculate, and all modern decor, outside riverfront is perfect to enjoy on deck or in the beach front access. Our goal as a family is to come back as repeat guest, if she will have us. Neighbors were amazing, and a great to talk to, while having coffee on the deck first thing in the morning. Thanks again Cindy for having us, and being so attentive, we never had to wait for any answers on any of our question, Cindy always came back with immediate response

Great multi-family getaway

Seamless check in and out. Property was very clean, well equipped, and in great condition. (We did our best to leave it that way!). Clear and easy communication with property manager/owner, quick responses. Plenty of space for adults and teens to hangout together or in separate living spaces on main and dock-level floors. Great location on the water, although we were in town for a sports tournament so we didn’t do any activities on the water. Hopefully we can come back in the warmer seasons to enjoy the water, too. Enjoyed our stay all around! Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Accomodations

Our family rented this property for a quick river trip and it was so nice. The house had plenty of beds and space to accommodate us. The owners were so helpful with everything. One thing we didn’t realize was that the river is drained and we have jet skis. Definitely not a big deal but we had planned to leave early in the morning but had to wait until afternoon for the river to fill up to be able to drive the jet skis to the loading ramp. Just an FYI for anyone taking their river toys and planning their travel. We would definitely book this property again.

Excellent property for a large family

The property was amazing, comfortable and clean. Any questions we had or minor issues were responded by and remedied by the host immediately. The only suggestion i would have is to upgrade the pots/pans/cooking utensils in the kitchen. Other than this the home was super nice but still very comfortable. Luxury but homy at the same time. Perfect for our large family of 8. More space then we needed but worth every penny!

Best trip we’ve ever had!!

I never write reviews but I have to say we were super happy with how our trip turned out! We only booked a couple of months in advance so there weren’t many options. However this house was far from a “last minute house” . It was far more than what we expected in a good way! The owners were VERY nice. When the grill was out of propane, they went out of their way to bring us a new one. The view from the living room is AMAZING! And overall had one of the best trips we’ve ever had!! I would definitely come back and book this house again!! 10/10 would recommend!

Awesome home in great location and perfect for family events

Every year our immediate and extended family look for a place to celebrate Father's Day together. We prefer a place that is not too far from our home in Las Vegas. We think we have located just that place. Plenty of space, rooms, amenities for all of us. And we were very lucky to rent from a very supportive property manager/home owner. The "low wake zone" made it safe for all of us. We discussed this years trip, and we have decided to return next year

Why they chose this property

We were drawn to this property because we have a property on this same street as this home that we have owned for over 17 years. We are well aware of the neighborhood, neighbors and just couldn't resist this home. Holiday Shores is one of the best locations on the river!

What makes this property unique

One of the many unique benefits being that the main level has three bedrooms. This makes it nice and easy for coming and going. From the moment you walk in the door, you have beautiful views of the river from the large picture windows all across the back of the property not to mention the large deck with outdoor sectional and grill. Once you walk upstairs you are even more blown away by the views from the essentially 3rd level deck. You can see over the island and outside the no wake zone. With this home you have the best of both worlds. Our dock is in the no wake zone but you also can see all of the boats go by in the main part of the river! The absolute best part about this home is there is a 750 Sqft room downstairs and right off the dock. This room has a coffee bar, cocktail bar, sectional couch, games and not to mention a bathroom so you don't have to run up a ton of stairs while floating in the no wake zone of the river to use the restroom.
