The house was just what we needed for our group of 6 adults and 4 children. The layout was perfect for us to congregate together for mealtime and allow enough space to socialize smaller-scale or enjoy privacy. Everything was simple and easy, from communication before the stay to check-in. We'll certainly return another time-- hopefully not in the winter so we can take advantage of all the lovely outdoor amenities!

Weekend Getaway

We had such an amazing time while staying at this property! It had everything we could have possibly needed and imagined. The home is stunning, the view is gorgeous, and it is the perfect place to get away and escape! We will definitely be back, and will recommend to everyone!

Beautiful place to relax.

Amazing property with lots of charm. House is attractive with the open wood beam structure. Location is nice right next to the marine. Cleanliness of house was very good however the balconies and dock need serious cleaning as both could not be used as they were covered with dirt and insects. Video cameras are a bit much as they are directly over prime areas like the deck and balcony which make it hard to relax or have conversations in private. I would suggest less obtrusive locations and without audio devices. Another positive of this location is the water is at the end of the lake with minimal traffic. Part of the reason we selected this property was the jet ski lifts but was disappointed to see one taken upon arrival which caused us to load and unload 2 skis every day. Our family had fun and likely would recommend this property to anyone.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We will address the outside balcony and boating dock (and try to stay ahead of the bugs and storm debris). Though we do not have our jet ski ramps as one our amenities, we are open to allowing use (and prepare additional space accordingly) with advance notification. We absolutely value your input. A great week at the lake

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Serenity at Lake Anna – it was our extended family (11 in all). The cabin was beautiful – exactly as advertised – and very well equipped. The landscaping was exceptional. Candice was very responsive and communication was quick and easy. We can highly recommend this wonderful vacation rental to all. We brought two boats with us – the ramp and trailer parking area were very welcome and made our boating fun and easy. We enjoy this quiet retreat on a beautiful section of the lake.
