From the moment you walked thru the door super clean fully remodeled the welcome basket was over the top then we walked in the bedrooms and each room had chocolates and bottles of water Very welcoming and clean we needed it for one night it was perfect The neighborhood was nice

Great updated roomy property

We stayed at the house for only one night but I wish we had more time! The house had great amenities and is newly updated. The rooms are spacious, kitchen is gorgeous, and patio area great for relaxing! Everything is so nice and new it really helped that relaxation kick in! Great job! A**** from my family.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, STRESSFUL FROM BEGINNING TO END

We received the check-in code the day we were to check in because I messaged the host, Gabriel, hours before that I could not travel there without knowing if we could get in. We drove past the property twice because it did not look like the picture. It is located in a tight neighborhood that doesn't engender feelings of safety, so much so that we did not open the shades & ended up feeling claustrophobic. The AC was set to 60 so it was freezing upon entry, but we were in & out and kept adjusting the wifi-controlled thermostat not realizing we had zero control over the temperature. Finally at 3 am we reached out to the host who did not respond to us, since he was likely sleeping in his much warmer home. Gabriel apologized for not responding, but he had the gall to accuse me of informing him of our problem at an unreasonable hour. He said the prior renter programmed it to 60 which we did not believe since we were unable to alter the settings. The cleaning people camped out in front of the home well before check-out time, which made us nervous. When I complained, Gabriel provided a paltry refund, after which we still paid hundreds for a crap night with little sleep. Gabriel explained that he split his profit with me, which he claimed was very little, so in the end he profited at the expense of his renter. On our return trip from the Keys, we rented a home 6 miles from him in Dania Beach. There is much better out there for your money & enjoyment.

Hi Michelle, Firstly I would like to say that you threatening us to leave a bad review if you did not get your full refund is pretty much a shakedown. We provided you with a partial refund for the issue you had with the AC but if it was so unbearable you could have easily left earlier and then I would definetly be giving you a full refund, but you even stayed 10 minutes past check out time. I'm not sure why you had problem finding the property as it is exactly like the pictures on our listing and none of our previous guests have had a problem finding the house. I checked the cameras and our cleaners arrived at the property at 10:55 and they were parked across the street. We are located in one of the best neighborhoods in Hollywood where the crime rate is non-existent. Regarding your communication with us, you arrived at the home at 5PM and as you mentioned the Ac was on since you entered the house you could have contacted us at anytime but decided to do so at 3:00 AM which is way past a reasonable time to contact someone, as any host would have, we were not able to respond until early in the morning. Had you contacted me before 12Am I could've easily stopped by the house and fixed the issue with the thermostat. We have never had an experience like this with our hundreds of previous guests but I guess there is a time for everything. Your review is nothing but a vengeful way to get back at us since you did not get your way. I wish you the best!
