About this property

New home, family-sized pool villa with whirlpool.

New family friendly pool villa which. House was built in 2023.

The five bedrooms (four of them are furnished with kingsize beds) and 3 full bathrooms will be perfect for a bigger family or two families. One bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. Not only the master suite has a huge bathroom attached to it, but there is also a second bedroom - like a junior suite - with its own bathroom and a kitchenette.

The open floor plan combines the kitchen, living room and dining area into a great family space to spend quality time. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and kitchen utensils and the laundry room comes with a washer and dryer. The living room and all kingsize bedrooms are all equipped with a smart TV. High speed cable wifi internet is available for free, as well as a variety of sports and entertainment TV channels.

Enjoy the large screened lanai with a perfect view to the canal. The western exposure of the pool area and lanai gives you an amazing view of a Florida sunset or cook your own BBQ on the gas grill.

Swim in the pool, hang out on the shallow sun shelf or enjoy the whirlpool. There is an electric pool heater available for use. Also, a baby fence can be provided if needed as a security measure for families with children.

The Whirlpool is a free standing hob tub and separate from the main pool system. The water is always heated to around 100 degrees Fahrenheit and the whirlpool has an automatic chlorine system. To uphold the most hygienic standard, the water gets changed for every new guest. Therefore, a hot tub fee will be charged at the time of booking. If you do not wish to use the whirlpool, the hot tub fee can be returned and the hot tub will not be filled with water when you arrive.

The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Restaurants and numerous stores are within a one mile radius of the house.

Overall great stay!! Anita was very accommodating/attentive and the property was as described and then some. The kitchen area, open concept feel and rooms spread out to the various corners of the home were perfect for our group. We would definitely stay again.

Relaxing Cape Coral Home

We had a fantastic stay at this Cape Coral home!! The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. The homes location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and local restaurants. Awesome place in Cape Coral!

Great Florida Home!

Anita was a great host from booking annd throughout our stay in Florida. House was fully equipped with everything you would need if you are flying in from out of State. This house was gorgeous and looks exactly as it does in pictures. Very clean and good location to Publix, target, and many food locations. The pool and hot were perfect and warm even in cooler weather. Anita was amazing and so accommodating. We are actually staying at another one of her properties because she was so great! Christmas getaway

This house was perfect for our family of 10! The house & garage were clean and the beds were comfy, the neighborhood is quiet. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub and even saw some fun local critters in the canal. Hostess Anita was super friendly and helpful and even hooked us up with a boat rental for a few days on the ocean! We all enjoyed our stay, even if the weather wasn't the warmest!

The house was perfect for our group of 9. The house was very clean and everything was updated and we had everything we needed! Very nice and clean pool! Our family has been coming to Cape Coral for the last 4 years and this was by far the cleanest and nicest house we have stayed in! Anita was available if we needed anything! Dont hesitate staying here if you want a nice place on a quiet street! We will definitely be back!

FAMILY VACATION

We stayed at this property for our family vacation. It is a fantastic place. The home is everything it appears to be in the add. Updated - clean - fully stocked kitchen. The pool area is beautiful and the view of the canal is so peaceful. We had to small children with us and Anita had a baby fence put up around the pool. It was perfect because we could all enjoy the pool without worrying about a child accidently falling in. We rent through VRBO every year and this is our favorite. Anita and her daughter Lea were awesome. I hope to stay here again next year!

Beautiful Cape Coral home

Anita’s home is beautiful and she is an amazing host. Her communication with us was excellent. The house has a gorgeous pool and separate hot tub. Our kids had fun fishing in the canal and all 4 of them had their own bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The house was stocked with hand soaps in the bathrooms, dishwashing pods, garbage bags and other things which was really nice. There were lots of towels for showering as well as the pool. The location is great and is really close to Publix and Target. We will definitely be back!

Best VRBO Stay to date!

Mrs. Anita has gone above and beyond to make yiur stay the best possible. This is our 1st VRBO stay that we did not have to go to the store to buy anything to get ua through the week. She had everything from small items to big items, all of which were top notch. Everyone slept comfortably, House was decorated very simple but it was beautiful and perfect and I never had ro worry about my little one brwaking anything. Everyone enjoyed to pool and hot tube a lot. All appliances were new and great. The neighborhood was very quite and relaxing. Close enough to anywhere and anything you need to go get. The house set up is perfect and no one was ever on top of each other, except for movie night when we all cuddled on the couch together! Big plus is having a TV available in 4 of the 5 bedrooms especially since we have 4 teenage boys with us. Will definitely stay again when we come back to the area.
