Located just ONE BLOCK FROM THE BEACH in the highly sought-after Yacht Club area, this is the ultimate vacation and entertainment home!

Start your day with coffee on the private porch with a thatched tiki cover just outside one of the 4 bedrooms. Then move to the pool /lanai area for sunbathing, reading, and catching up on email with our high-speed internet. Or walk down to the large dock and take the kayaks for a gentle ride through the canals. Right next to the water, there is also another large tiki hut with comfortable seating for you to relax or fish.

Be sure to bike or walk to the only beach in Cape Coral. Enjoy the sandy beach area and the Boathouse Tiki Bar And Grill. This home provides a beach umbrella, beach towels, cooler, chairs, and a wagon to transport all your beach needs.

Late afternoon and evening retire to your own covered lanai area complete with TV and Netflix over the outdoor bar. Put a steak or some of Florida’s best seafood on the grill for dinner and then take a moonlight swim in the solar and electric heated pool.

Once inside you will find 4 bedrooms, a queen sleeper sofa, and 3 bathrooms, great for extended families or friends traveling together. The fully equipped kitchen is in the middle of the home with a family room, dining room, and master bedroom on one side and a living room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths on the other side. Privacy for all! 3 of the bedrooms have TVs with Netflix provided and there is a 60 inch TV in the living room with a TV Antenna and DVDs as well as a TV on the Lanai.

Boaters enjoy just a 3-minute drive to the Caloosahatchee River and a 10-minute drive to the Gulf of Mexico. Bring your own boat or rent one to cruise to nearby Sanibel and Captiva Islands or the many beaches nearby, including Fort Myers Beach.

This is truly a home, not just a vacation rental, fully furnished with all the amenities you need for an easy vacation. Linens, towels, beach towels, laundry soap, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, gas grill, etc., etc. This is a home away from home--just bring your swimsuit! The home is close to shopping, restaurants, beaches, and many nearby attractions. Many restaurants are nearby and I have a large booklet of places to go, menus, and things to do at the house. Don’t miss out on booking this fabulous vacation home!

The house was very nice. It was a lovely neighborhood but unfortunately the clubhouse and restaurant are not currently there and are being rebuilt. They were one of the main reasons we chose that property. We were unable to use the dishwasher due to severe mildew inside it. Also advertised pool toys were unusable due to mold and mildew as well. The pool however was delightful.Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of towels available for our use.

Beautiful home

This was our 4th time staying at this house. We love the location and the area. We rented a boat and had it delivered to the house. We were able to go out to the gulf to fish. The restaurants are all wonderful. We will be back again!!!

The home was clean and beautifully decorated. The outdoor space offered different options around the pool including a table with chairs, living area set and several sunbathing chairs. The tiki huts were wonderful escapes from the sun and the rain. The canals were very alive with marine life. We saw dolphins, sharks, gators and plenty of of other fish, lizards and crabs right in the back yard. (The gator was out in the canal, it never got on land). The beach is a very short walk down the road and there was some local food trucks that came and went. We had a family of 5, with three teenagers and we all had plenty of space and activity to keep them all happy and entertained. Plenty of local attractions and activities within reasonable driving distance.

We loved the place! We enjoyed the pool, dock, kayaks, bikes. The bikes need some minor TLC, just some tightening of the handle bars and seats. We loved the privacy of split bedroom wings. The floorplan was perfect for us with private areas for quiet time. The kitchen is well stocked. We would love to stay here again!

House was very well furnished. Pool was great. Minor cosmetic things need to be addressed in near future……touch up of trim/tiles,baseboards, general exterior maintenance touch ups, knives need sharpening, New box spring needed and Tony handled promptly. More explicit instructions for each individual TV usage would be helpful.

Cape Coral Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The area is perfect for biking and having access to bikes and canoes was lovely. The house was perfectly sized, pool was great and we made amazing family memories. Hope to return again soon!

We rented this house 2 years ago and were so happy when it was available for our vacation to Florida this year! The house is spacious and always very clean when we arrive. The location is perfect for fishing, kayaking or just relaxing under the tiki hut overlooking the canal! Love everything about this place and will definetly be booking if available for our next vacation!!

The outdoor living space and pool were wonderful, and having a bathroom right off the pool was such a convenient touch. The views and sunsets were absolutely stunning. Wonderful vacation rental in great Cape Coral location!

Great vacation home in a very convenient location. Lots of great restaurants close by and a very short walk to the Yacht Club and fishing pier. Pool is very nice with nice lounge chairs and a dining table and bar with cable tv. Would definitely book this place again if coming back to Cape Coral!

Perfect family get-away

Home was perfect for our adult family of 7 :)Loved hanging out by the pool, cooking meals together and proximity to airport and beaches. Bummer pickle ball courts and tiki hut at the end of the street were destroyed by storm. Would definitely recommend!!

Family Get Away

Eight is enough group

We loved our stay. This house has plenty of amenities for the pool, beach, water and biking. . Beach towels are included in your stay. Our dryer went out, but was fixed within a couple hours. We we stay here again

Perfect.

We have been renting vacation homes in Cape Coral for the last six years and this has been the best one yet. Very close to the Boat House and the beach, so no parking worries. Clean and well equipped for a vacation.
