This newly renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bath home has a stylish kitchen & wetbar. This is a perfect, relaxing place to launch your adventures around SoCal!

Our home is conveniently located one block away from Long Beach Memorial Hospital and 8 minutes away from downtown Long Beach, the Aquarium, Queen Mary, and the beach.

Details:
Newly renovated with all brand new appliances, countertops and beds.

Three bedrooms with four memory foam beds (3 queens and 1 full-sized beds). One couch that turns into a sofa beds.

Two bathrooms.

Combined kitchen and living room space. The living room section of the space is on the smaller side featuring a couch, 55" TV, and small end table.

Each room has room specific heating and air conditioning.

Each room has light dimmers so you can control the lighting to your liking.

In unit washer and dryer.

There are two parking spaces in the back of this home. Access is through the back alley.

Amazing Stay!

Amazing place to stay for vacation! Home was very clean, updated just as described and perfect size for the 3 of us! Private patio was so quiet and relaxing! Awesome communication with the property managers (talked more with Scott). Even before I booked, Scott kept checking in answering any questions I had and gave great info about the home! Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe walking around. Definitely will stay again and every time I vacation in the Long Beach area!
