A serene setting just minutes from Watkins Glen International (WGI), downtown Watkins Glen, Ithaca, NY (34 min.) and adjacent to Watkins Glen State Park. We offer a full-service home equipped with a gourmet kitchen and plenty of indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces with spectacular views and ample parking. We are a small working farm meaning there might be a few cows in adjoining fields. You will feel right at home here while enjoying easy access to everything Watkins Glen and the surrounding area has to offer from this central location.

The Sycamore House at Watkins Hill Farm is a unique property located on 87 acres. Properties very special to us as we are so close to Watkins Glen international and love to host many race teams. The best part of the property are the Sycamore girls. Our hybrid black Angus breeding cows.They are extremely friendly. And love visitors.
