The Sycamore House is a year-round rental located at Watkins Hill Farm on the historic Watkins Glen Grand Prix Course. A serene setting just minutes from Watkins Glen International (WGI), downtown Watkins Glen, Ithaca, NY (34 min.) and adjacent to Watkins Glen State Park. We offer a full-service home equipped with a gourmet kitchen and plenty of indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces with spectacular views and ample parking. We are a small working farm meaning there might be a few cows in adjoining fields. You will feel right at home here while enjoying easy access to everything Watkins Glen and the surrounding area has to offer from this central location.

Watkins Glen IMSA weekend

The property was beautiful and just as described and pictured in listing. The location was perfect for the race with easy access to town. Plenty of room for our group to spread out and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the coffee bar!Our hosts were terrific and communication easy. The porches were wonderful and we enjoyed the cows!

Another incredible stay

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this wonderful house. The host could not be nicer and more accommodating. The house is super clean and very charming. Will definitely stay again the next time we are in Watkins Glen.

Beautiful Home to Celebrate Family

Beautiful farm house with amazing views. Right down to the smallest detail, this house was perfect. The hosts were amazing, they thought of so many special little details that made our stay memorable.

Fantastic house in the perfect location

We absolutely loved everything about the house. It’s super clean and extremely nicely decorated. All the furniture is in perfect shape. The kitchen is incredibly nice and well stocked. The host could not have been nicer and was very helpful throughout our stay. Definitely planning to stay again.

Excellent property

Of all the VRBOs we have rented, this is one of the best. The house was all appointed. The porches and patio were charming. Even the cows next to the property wrte delightful. We had 7, and were very comfortable. Highly, highly revving.

What a gem!

Whether visiting Watkins Glen or attending an event at the race track, this is a perfect home in a perfect location. The owners are fabulous to work with, the house is beautiful, they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. It has a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms with mini toiletries in case you forgot something. They were so sweet they added some specials items for our welcome.

Beautiful house

Staying at the Sycamore was great. The online pictures don't make it justice. Not only did we find everything to be perfect but we alsa had the nice surprise to find snacks, condiments, oil, apple juice, a botle of wine etc...all courtesy of the owners. Liz was very nice to drop by in the morning to give us some tips on the area and answer the questions we had. The location is great, very close to the state park which is gorgeous. Thank you Liz for making our stay a great experience.

The Sycamore house was so charming! The house was clean & cozy and had everything you needed like it was your own home! The beds were comfortable and home felt very spacious for our group of 6. Easy check in and check out! The host, Liz, was beyond amazing. She was very attentive with communication on the app and even provided her cell & answered questions immediately. She had provided wine, cheese, bread, fresh apples and breakfast goodies upon our arrival. What a pleasant surprise and such a kind gesture. There were maps, brochures, and info of things to do. This beautiful property is the perfect location to get downtown quickly. We will definitely return to this home. You will not be disappointed with your stay and the hospitality of the hosts! 10/10

The Sycamore House at Watkins Hill Farm is a unique property located on 87 acres. Properties very special to us as we are so close to Watkins Glen international and love to host many race teams. The best part of the property are the Sycamore girls. Our hybrid black Angus breeding cows.They are extremely friendly. And love visitors.
