Beautiful condo is located just 1 block to the ocean and Mission Bay, and it is situated on the border of Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. Across the street (1 short block) to beach, bay, restaurants, and nightlife--yet still very quiet and comfortable:

Elevator is right next to unit also.
Family entertainment is within walking distance. Park two cars in your reserved dedicated spots and walk the rest of the week! You can stroll (15 min via beach boardwalk) to Belmont Park, ride the Roller Coaster, buy some cotton candy and play carnival/arcade games. This condo sleeps 7.
It's an easy drive to Sea World, SD Zoo, Balboa Park, La Jolla Cove, Del Mar, Scripps Aquarium, and more.

The living room is equipped with a 50' Sony flat screen smart TV. There is a king bed in master and queen in east-facing bedroom, and one of the bedrooms has a bunk bed with double on bottom and twin on top.

Upper bedrooms have ceiling fans and window coverings.

The primary bath is equipped with his and her sinks/ shower heads.

This 3- bedroom condo is beautifully furnished. The kitchen has state-of-the-art/ top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. All dishes, pots, and pans are in excellent condition.

Sit & relax at the cocktail table on the nice quiet balcony!
The balcony has a view of palm trees and the Catamaran resort next door. The balcony features a cocktail table that is perfect for your morning coffee or relaxing with evening drinks for two. You may also carry your morning coffee across the street and enjoy it in the sand!

Beach time

Wonderful cozy condo. A block away from the beach. Plenty of places to eat, attractions to see. A great time was had by all, 12 yr old twins, parents and grans.

Amazing stay! Location was perfect, easy walk to beach and many restaurants and shopping nearby. Everything in the condo is well supplied between the bathrooms and kitchen. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of room for our family. Now with our son going to school in San Diego we will definitely be planning another stay here in the future.

This condo is located in a great location. Beach a short block away, 20 minutes to a variety of attractions and shopping/restaurants nearby. We loved our stay and would definitely come back again

Our group of five stayed for three nights and we all loved this condo. From the location just a block from Pacific Beach, to the space (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms), the on property parking, the beach toys and chairs, and the great communication from the property owner. It was all amazing!!

Perfect San Diego Vacation

The property is conveniently located to the beach, restaurant and even a grocery store. There was plenty of room for our party of 7. The decor was beautiful and the attention to detail was so well done. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed when making meals. There were plenty of towels, beach supplies etc. Communication was excellent as well! We would definitely stay here again if we travel back to San Diego!
