AMENITIES: This fully stocked, popular vacation home is designed with open-concept family-friendly Aloha spirit and relaxation in mind. Hale Poipu has comfortable casual Hawaiian furnishings. You can pack light and enjoy all that Hale Poipu has to offer. Everything you need is included: a fully stocked kitchen with 48” Wolf range and spices, 2 refrigerators, quality linens and towels, fluffy down pillows, soaps & shampoos. The garage is stocked with plentiful snorkel gear, beach towels & chairs, bodyboards & surfboards, beach umbrellas, beach cart, inflatables, toys and ice chests. If travelling with keiki, there is a Pack ‘n Play, high chair, umbrella stroller, baby bath, and sand toys.


THE HOME: Hale Poipu is a two story home on a large private lot on a quiet cul-de-sac. The heart of the home is the great room upstairs. The great room has an open-plan living, kitchen and dining room. The comfy sectional sofa has a pull out double mattress. On either side of the great room are two matching Cal King master bedrooms, each with identical square footage. Both upstairs bedrooms have quality mattresses, flat screen TVs, en suite bathrooms, and each space is equipped with its own quiet air conditioning unit for personalized comfort. All upstairs spaces feature sliding doors leading to the lanai for seamless indoor/outdoor living. The lanai has a 48” DCS gas grill, a teak dining set, a covered conversation seating set, and 3 lounge chairs. Downstairs there is a separate Ohana studio with the identical square footage as each of the 2 upstairs master bedrooms. It has 2 twin beds and a queen bed. The Ohana unit is equipped with a full kitchenette, laundry & bathroom, and quiet split air conditioning. It has private entrances, the front door facing the street and 8' sliding door facing the backyard driveway. The doors to the Ohana unit downstairs do not connect internally to the upstairs part of the main home, and is only accessed from outside. This separate living area may be perfect for teens or in-laws seeking some privacy. The downstairs covered patio area has an outdoor shower, bench swing & 6 seat patio dining set for enjoying the private yard with an ocean view. Although the upstairs and downstairs living areas are separate, the property is exclusively rented as a full 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom home, not separately.


THE RESORT EXPERIENCE: Hale Poipu offers access to the recently remodeled Poipu Kai Bayview pool, spa and tennis courts, key fob provided. The Poipu Kai tennis courts have a small fee, and offer game-finding assistance and racket rentals. Hale Poipu is located closer to the Grand Hyatt's Anara Spa than many of the resort’s own guest rooms. The Grand Hyatt may offer day passes to use the Anara Spa, steam room and sauna. You can also book a massage there. The Grand Hyatt often offers day passes for purchase for their other pools and waterslide, but Grand Hyatt pool usage is not available otherwise. Poipu Kai Security provides 24-hour service, and exterior security cameras are installed to maximize safety. Hale Poipu is comfortably appointed for a relaxing stay to explore all that the sunny south shore and the rest of this magical island has to offer. OCCUPANCY & ADDITIONAL GUEST POLICY: Hale Poipu accommodates up to 8 guests total. Our nightly rate includes up to 6 guests; any additional guests (up to the maximum of 8) are $50 per person, per night.
