**PET FRIENDLY - 1 DOG ONLY, NO CATS**
-Must be 25 years and older to book property
-No Smoking or Vaping on the property
-Events permitted with fee
-Swim at your own risk and water is shallow near the water break and dock area. NO DIVING
-Stack outdoor furniture chairs together when not in use. This will prevent them blowing into the water. Bungee cords are available to secure chairs. This must be done as well when you do your final departure from the property.
-Trash days are Thursday. Please have trash at the end of the driveway on Wednesday for trash removal.
-Do not leave trash in the yard. Please remove trash from the outside yard on your final departure from the property. Additional
fee may be imposed for failure to comply.
-Please refrain leaving doors/windows opened and running the HVAC unit at the same time. This causes a heavy strain on the system due to high humidity from the outside air.
-Do not set HVAC temp below 70 degrees.
-Clean up after your pet.
-Contact host and inform what type of animal you are bringing.
-Animal must have all shots that are required by a veterinarian.
-Animal must be with an adult while outside at all times and on a leash.
-Registered guest has full responsibility of the animal during the stay.
