Come and RELAX on 5 peaceful acres right on the intercoastal waterway. This 3BR 2 bath home sleeps 6 and has everything you need for your perfect vacation! Bring your boat, there is a public boat ramp across the water, and we own both the private docks out back in the sheltered cove and the newer, larger dock right on the intercoastal waterway. Bring your fishing equipment because the docks are a great place to fish or just relax and watch for dolphins and manatees. You can relax on the hammock under a shade tree while reading your favorite book. There are 2 kayaks, paddles, life jackets and emergency whistles, available for use at your own risk. We also have a bonfire area to roast marshmallows and enjoy time together. The peaceful screened in porch is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or all of your meals. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare your own meals or go out and try some of the wonderful local restaurants. The house is in a quiet setting, surrounded on 2 sides by water! The beautiful white sand beach is only 5 minutes down the road for the perfect beach vacation.
Safety: Nighttime security light beside driveway. Ring camera located near the entrance door pointed toward the driveway/front yard for safety and security of guests.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place used towels in the shower or bathtub.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
DO NOT leave your pet(s) alone in the house. If you do not take them with you they must be crated. Clean up after your pet NO CATS allowed.
There is NO Smoking of any kind anywhere inside the house (including screened porch) If there is, you will be charged an additional $250 cleaning fee
Please put things back where they belong when you borrow something. Clean up after yourself.
