Location: Our vacation rental is ideally situated on the shores of Palma Sola Bay, just a short distance from the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. You'll have direct access to the bay, where you can enjoy kayaking, fishing, or simply admiring the breathtaking sunsets. Don't forget to visit Portosueno Park, just a 5 minute walk to view the Manatees that frequent the waters!and


Accommodation: The property features a spacious and beautifully appointed 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home. With over 2500sq ft, there's ample space for 12 guests to spread out and feel at home. The interior boasts a blend of modern comfort and coastal charm, providing a welcoming atmosphere throughout.


Living Areas: The living room is a cozy retreat, complete with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and large windows that frame the picturesque bay views. It's the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploration. Additionally, the property includes a dining area where you can savor delicious meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, which features state-of-the-art appliances and all the cookware and utensils you may need.

Amenities include a HEATED POOL, high-speed internet access, air conditioning, laundry facilities, and ample parking space and even a MOVIE THEATRE to enjoy with an 85" OLED screen, and full surround sound. We also provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels for your convenience.

Our vacation rental is thoughtfully stocked with a complimentary start-up kit of essential amenities to help you settle in and begin your stay comfortably. This includes items like a small supply of toiletries, paper products, and basic kitchen necessities. Please note that this starter kit is not intended to last for the duration of your stay, but rather to give you time to get situated. Once these initial supplies are used, it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase any additional items needed for the remainder of the trip.

No more than 2 dogs are allowed. Pet fees do apply to cover extra cleaning costs. If any "dog waste" is left on the property, that will be an additional charge as well. Please do not let dogs on furniture. Thank you for taking care of our property with your furry family members!
