The master bedroom has a king sized high end top of the line orthopedic mattress and personal sitting area to enjoy morning coffee while overlooking the majestic sunrise at daybreak. There is a 50' wall mounted flat screen TV for master bedroom viewing pleasure and walk in closet and dressing area designed by California closets. The spa like master bath offers a large walk in shower complete with integrated seating and ocean stone floor!

Next find your way to the 'surprise' in the 2nd bedroom! Our surprise for you will delight everyone of all ages! Your 2nd bedroom has two full size FLOATING beds!! and 42" flat screen wall mounted TV. (2nd bedroom sleeps 4). There is a full guest bathroom accessible from both the main living areas and 2nd bedroom.

Daytona is only about 5 minutes away but you escape the crowds and congestion etc. There are fabulous farmers markets in the town square that have wonderful fresh produce this time of year and we usually stock up on oranges and grapefruit and make fresh juice using the juicer (in the kitchen island drawer). There is a new Publix grocery store within walking distance and also a small homemade doughnut shop that makes the BEST doughnuts! - but you have to get there early for a good selection as the locals grab them up 😉! There are also numerous nationally recognized Art festivals that are so fun to stroll through.. St. Augustine is only about 35-40 minutes away, Kennedy Space center is a great excursion, and Orlando/ Disney etc is about 60 minutes. It is very popular with many of our couples or families make day trips to the Disney/Universal theme parks and then come home to sleep with the waves and enjoy the beach in between a day trip. It is a wonderful option because you can enjoy the parks and the beach during the same week!

Our beach and large oceanfront pool is a magnificent private beach accessed only through our building. We are 100% non smoking and no pet property. (We love pets but are unable to accommodate them at this property).

There is so much more this property offers such as washer and dryer, all linens and towels, free wifi, etc etc!

Very important> Please close curtains/ blinds and turn off all lights upon departure during sea turtle nesting season May 1 - Oct 31. Large fines are imposed by Fl state & local govt for violations.
Please gather last min towels/washcloths/bathmats etc and start washer. Start dishwasher cycle if needed. Dispose of trash and leftovers not wanted using trash chutes at end of hallway. Thank you!

From the first point of contact with the host to the departure everything was just perfect! This condo truly feels like an ocean sky loft, stunning views of the ocean and shorelines are far reaching and unobstructed in every direction. We even saw dolphins one morning! The home itself is immaculately clean and well decorated- elevated beach house style. Also the host was always available and gave us great restaurant and entertainment suggestions. This was everything we wanted in our ocean front condo. The host was amazing wealth of local resources. We took her up on her restaurant suggestions. The Rose Villa was a perfect place for Brunch as we left the condo. The balcony was our favorite spot. Preferred to sitting on the beach too!

It was a dream stay for us. From the moment we walked in our breath was taken away for all the best reasons. The accommodations provided were perfect ( chairs, beach toys, towels etc for the kids. Washer/Dryer). The space was open yet private perfect for a family with two kids (9-11). The binder of menus came in handy for sure. The trip began as a one time special occasion to get out of landlocked Nebraska and will now become a yearly tradition. We had stayed in enough places that cluttered your world with all the owners 'leftovers' and 'the view' consisted of standing on your toes to see across the road or dunes etc.. Instead, we determined to create an environment that would immediately erase all life's stresses from the moment you step inside the door. Whether it is a couple on a romantic getaway, a family with children, business travel etc, our goal is that we create an environment and atmosphere you never want to leave.

Why they chose this property

Having traveled extensively both throughout the US and abroad we visited the Ormond Beach area and recognized this was a very special place. Ormond by the Sea is quiet and quaint with a multitude of boutiques, restaurants and other adventures within walking or biking distance. The unobstructed floor to ceiling ocean vista is unequaled and our property is situated directly on an uncrowded private no drive beach with no roads to cross or long walkways to reach your destination. You step outside the door and seconds later your toes are in the water!

What makes this property unique

Also enjoy a very large GORGEOUS Ocean front salt water pool! So many many wonderful restaurants and attractions nearby, everything from the theme parks in Orlando, to the Kennedy Space center, award winning state parks, walk along with the manatees (ASK US!!), Have you ever tried making your own pancakes inside a 200 year old Sugar Mill? SO many wonderful things to do, see, and enjoy, but you will have a hard time tearing yourself away the balcony and serenity of the property and views!
