"Home Sweet Home"

This is a great sweet and cozy home. We had a wedding in the area so a few couples all got together to make a weekend out of the celebration and enjoy beautiful Saratoga. The owners were very kind and helpful. The home was clean and they provided us with all that we needed. We felt extremely comfortable and welcome. Whether you are a few young couples like us or a family... it's nice to come back to a place after a long day that makes you feel, "Home Sweet Home."

Absolutely perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! Nancy was so easy to communicate with and welcomed us into her home right when we arrived. The house is beautiful and has such a comfortable feel to it. Nancy was so very kind to us and offered us anything that we needed. We had four couples and five kids altogether and we had more than enough room. The back yard was beautiful and perfect for us to relax in and for the children to run around in. The kids loved the house just as much as we did! The location was also perfect, close to the state park, the track and plenty more. We truly could not have asked for anything more and hope to make this stay a yearly tradition. Thank you so much again Nancy and Alan!

A great place to relax

We, small group of 5, came up for a wedding in Saratoga Springs for 2 nights, Fri & Sat. I specifically wanted a house not too far away and in a quiet location. The house was both. A short 5 mile Uber trip into Saratoga. In addition knowing that a wedding would be busy we also wanted somewhere just to relax and hang out. I chose the house for that reason, seeing a good level of comfort and a nice patio, where we ended the evenings with a bottle of wine. All in all everything was what we were looking for and found. The hosts were very helpful and easy to reach. Certainly would go back esp. as more towns to explore of which Ballston Spa is a new favorite.

Communication with the host was excellent, we did a three day weekend at the track five guys and there was plenty of space. Kitchen was beautiful back door patio for grilling was excellent. Everything you need is in the area from supermarkets to McDonald’s to Saratoga racetrack. I would definitely rent this place again for our next trip to Saratoga. We’ve been doing it for 17 years now, first time at this house. This is our go to House if they continue to do it.

We have always dreamed of sharing our warmth and passion for Saratoga and this is our way to Welcome you to a Get Away like no other.Raising our 4 children here has been a 'Pure Blessing'...
So many opportunities here. So many doors have been opened, along with dreams accomplished. It is our wish that you take in all that Saratoga has to offer...The simple pleasures of sharing conversations in the park to dancing the 'Night Life' away downtown or at the 'HorseShoe or Siros' and so much more. Endless activities here.We encourage you to make your vacation Epic and it starts here as we welcome you to unwind, relax and enjoy. Saratoga is your home away from home and ours too.

.

Why they chose this property

Although our home is in a residential neighborhood, it is a little bit country and an excellent area to raise your family, which was the reason we purchased here in Upstate New York many years ago.We have never regretted our decision to settle in Saratoga Springs, for it has brought us years of contentment.

What makes this property unique

After growing up in a conjested city life setting, my husband and I knew this was exactly what we were looking for.We viewed our home for the first time in the midst of winter when there was freshly fallen snow and it truly was a Winter Wonderland. The rooms were spacious and we knew we would have room for over night guests from time to time and that we could provide our children with the privacy they needed in their own bedrooms. We also loved that our yard would be perfect for all the room needed for children to play and fun to be had through our families growing years.
