In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 2, the maximum allowed occupancy is 5, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.

This Kiawah Island vacation rental offers two bedrooms and bathrooms, overlooks the lagoon, and is about a 10-minute walk to the beach.

This first-floor Tennis Club villa features updates throughout and an open floor plan. The kitchen provides plenty of counter space and has an elevated bar with seating. The dining area, right off of the kitchen, offers seating for six and overlooks the lagoon. The living room features comfortable seating and a TV and flows right into the sunroom, which also overlooks the lagoon.

The primary suite, located off of the living room, offers a king-sized bed, lagoon views, and a TV. The private, en suite bathroom has double sinks and a large glass shower. The second bedroom, with a full bed and a twin bed, is off of the other side of the living room and has its own hall bath with a shower/tub combination.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Great stay for tennis tournament

We stayed here for a tennis tournament on the island. Location was super convenient, place was clean and easy check in instructions from management. We will definitely stay here again!

Nicely appointed, convenient, comfortable with well stocked kitchen.

I have been coming in Kiawah for almost 10 years. I enjoyed this condo. It is comfortable and convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed. Areas for improvement are the shower could use some Clorox to get rid of mildew in grout seams, the TV was challenging but we enjoyed Netflix. The living room could use some curtains or blinds for privacy.

Overall very happy, nice villa. Only 2 complaints: 1. Dryer took over 2 hrs to dry clothes. 2. Large Roach/palmetta bugs. Everything else great.

Inaccurate description

Not clean,dryer not working(2 visits from repair people),no TV in 2nd bedroom, mold in master bath, mildew smell in 2nd bath, TV in master bedroom was awful, faucet in kitchen sink was hard to use. Will never rent this unit again.

Our property manager visited the property after the dryer issue was brought to our attention and found it to be operating as it should. As advertised, there is no TV in the second bedroom. The odor mentioned has been addressed as well.

Great stay in Kiawah

This villa is in a great location. It's an easy walk to the Sanctuary, the beach and Town Center Market. The layout inside worked well for us. Our teen had his own room and bathroom. Loved that the porch was enclosed and part of the living space. Beautiful views of the lagoon. The kitchen was fully equipped. This unit has a washer, dryer and fireplace. We will definitely stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit needs an update in general...furnishings and a new washer/dryer unit. The dryer barely works and the buzzer is broken on it. We read all the signs on it and it still dried sporadically. Also, this first floor unit was very noisy from the unit above. Overall it was very worn. There are so many rental options, we would not chose this one again.

The kitchen supplies were adequate. This villa was the best for nature sightings compared to other TC villas. The enclosed porch was different. It had pros and cons. Akers Ellis was very professional and attentive.

Tennis club villa.

Overall it was good. We had trouble accessing the unit with the key. They ended up replacing the door knob the second day but was still hard to access. Needs to be looked at. The condo was nice. It could use a good cleaning. The bed linens need to be replaced. I have been to Kiawah many times. It is always beautiful!
