Excellent Property

Stayed here for a week with my wife and three young children. The house was comfortable, spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Backyard and covered porch were fantastic and the kids had a great time in the pool. Joanne was a caring and attentive host and created a seamless experience overall going above and beyond to help us. Very close to Sag Harbor and a short drive to the Bridgehampton beaches. Overall highly recommended!

Exceptional and quiet home, close to everything

We stayed at Joanne's beautiful home for two weeks and loved every moment. The pool, grounds and home are beautifully maintained and Joanne was helpful with all of my questions. The home is a short drive from central Sag Harbor, and about 10-15 minutes into many of the other Hamptons villages. The home is better in person than in the photos, it was very clean, and I would highly recommend it to friends. Consider also booking the one-bedroom cottage for friends or family, or a nanny for the children when you stay. Our children loved the large pool, and our daughter spent hours doing cartwheels in the backyard - lots of summer fun!

fantastic!

what a peaceful setting! yet so close to town .we could not of been happier with the location and joanne made sure all our needs were met. the house was spotless in in perfect order . The sheets and towels all looked new and fresh.This is the perfect family house. the pool and yard is serine and perfect for relaxing and entertaining . i will definitely be coming back
