Built in 2019 and waiting for you to fall in love with this warm, modern-design coastal home where amenities abound. 3 bedrooms/2 baths and an enclosed office allows sleeping for up to 6 guests. Situated in a quiet canal community on a private lot, you will appreciate the large SALTWATER solar heated pool with space to swim laps or just enjoy the spa jets. A pool safety gate is available for families with small children.

ZERO POCKET SLIDING DOORS from the great room, dining room and master bedroom to the lanai / pool area create an exquisite expanse of indoor/outdoor living. The lanai includes an outdoor kitchen with professional Artisan grille. After a day at the beach, enjoy the spa-like master bath with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub complete with overhead chandelier.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with top loading washer, garage parking, overhead fans in all living areas, wifi, Roku TV (access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu), Bose speaker for streaming music, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, cooler and more. You will also have access to two adult bikes.

What a blast we had building this vacation home, picking out every last detail and making sure all the needs of our guests are met ( bikes, pool toys, beach toys, portacrib, outdoor Artisan grille, outdoor fridge, beach towels, hair dryer, iron, eco friendly shampoo/conditioner/bodywash, etc.).

We miss it when we are not there, but are happy that we can share with others!
