The kitchen is fully stocked, including coffee, tea, spices and much more. Beautiful netted lanai to enjoy the warm evenings outside with some bbq. The home has a cozy feel with luxury bedding and a relaxed modern design. It’s perfect for everyone, for those wanting to cozy up and read a book in a rocking chair or those wanting to enjoy some TV and board games in the spacious living room. There is a ping pong table and arcade ball game in the garage for fun nights in. For beach days out chairs, umbrella, and cooler are provided.

You can’t beat this location on the Florida’s gulf. Located within 20 minutes from best beaches on the gulf like Boca Grand, Manasota Key and many more. Also with in 15 minutes for the main restaurants and shopping centers in the city, and 5 minutes away from a grocery store for those last minute runs. Here you will get the best of both worlds, a quiet and homely neighborhood with minimal tourist and the convenience of having everything you need at your finger tips.

Beautiful, Comfortable and great location in South Gulf Cove

We love this adorable 3B 2B home. The master bed was very comfortable and the whole house was impeccably clean. They have a grill on a patio and so my husband and I had a couple dinners at the home at night. It provided for two wonderfully quite and mellow evenings alone. Thanks you for allowing us to stay at your home. Don't change a thing!

Port Charlotte

The home was new and nice. We had an issue with the internet and TV the whole time of our stay. The owner contacted the provider multiple times and even upgraded the bandwidth but ultimately the TV froze constantly and the internet kept cutting out. It was advertised with internet and an entertainment experience which was not the case. The owner said they had not had issues in the past but because of the location of the property that it could be an issue. We received a $50 credit. We actually left 2 days early and because of the situation don’t feel that the credit was nearly adequate. I would appreciate some feedback from VRBO Directly. Thank You
