Please leave the laundry room neat and clean at all times. 6. The pool area is open between the hours of 8 AM and 9 PM. Further pool rules are posted in the pool area and should be followed at all times while in use. 7. Only park in your assigned parking spots. Guest spots are for non-residents and should only be used for 3 hours MAX. 8. Please bag all trash before placing it in the dumpster.

I booked for myself and my daughter (21). This listing was a perfect location and perfect for the two of us. We had everything we needed. There were items for the beach that were fantastic to use. The bed was super comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Would be nice to include some coffee and coffee filters for your rental, also maybe include an ice box for ice in the freezer for drinks. Could suggest getting some more laying out chairs at the pool area.

VRBO was unwilling to bend a rule and we did not have a place to stay. they demanded proof of payment despite the owner refunding the money. we are traveling in a car in a strange place and they just said, sorry.

We deeply regret the inconvenience experienced by this guest due to the water leak at this property. We understand how frustrating it can be to face such unexpected challenges while traveling and take these situations very seriously. As soon as we discovered the leak, we immediately contacted the guest and provided a full refund for their stay. While we made every effort to assist with relocation, unfortunately, we did not have any units available that met the guest's specific needs. In an attempt to facilitate the process, we also provided the guest with VRBO's guest services number to assist with relocation. During our last conversation, the guest displayed great understanding and kindness, and we genuinely appreciate their patience during this challenging situation.
We're deeply disappointed to hear about the issues the guest encountered with VRBO and wish we had been more aware and able to provide additional assistance. As property managers, we are committed to maintaining a high standard of customer service, and we did everything within our power to resolve the situation promptly.
We hope that this incident will not overshadow the positive aspects of this property such as AC, pool, parking, and convenient location. Our primary goal is to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests, and we appreciate your consideration and understanding during this unfortunate turn of events.

Kailua Village rental
Looked ok in photo. Need to tell occupants that there are many stairs when on third floor and no elevator for carrying luggage. kitchen a bit dirty. Sink faucet very wobbly. No dishwashing rack provided. Check light switches as two had no plastic cover. We were dismayed. Location was good for walking and as you already know GPS directions are weird, but after a couple of days we got it.
