Lovely stay

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. Everything was perfect about this home, down to the super comfortable beds and linens. The apartment is tastefully furnished, and the kitchen is well stocked. The house was very clean and just as pictured.

Christmas with mom/grandma in from Ohio

We enjoyed our stay and the location was great and central to my kids in Mooresville, Ashville, and Chapel Hill. Their mom also lives in Mooresville so it was a fantastic location. I lived down the hall when they were younger so it brought back lake memories. Always loved the winter morning sun streaming in and getting sunrise and sunset at the properties location

October delight

Excellent location to from which watch the lake and chill, or get out and explore the many small towns in full fall color. Host was responsive and welcoming. Char,otte proper easy to navigate, as well. Condo was very clean and well appointed Morning sunrises and evening sunsets made a great start and end to each day.

Convenient

This home is so convenient to many things in the area. Even walk downstairs to the two restaurants on the property. The pictures represent the condo exactly. There was everything you needed in the kitchen to prepare meals. We enjoyed the sunlight in the mornings and the fireplace in the evenings. The communication with the property manager was great. We can't wait to book this for our next visit!

Beautiful property not as fully described

The property was beautiful, nice, calm and serene except on Fri, Sat, and Sunday. The condo is right above a restaurant that has entertainment on those days listed. We were rather surprised after a day out and about that our serene condo was no longer serene. The concert downstairs was right outside our condo and we couldn't hear the tv at all from 7 to 9 pm. The manager responded immediately to my concerns. But there was nothing that could be done about it. The deck outside is questionable.

Family Visit In Charlotte

Overall fairly well done as a VRBO rental property. The kitchen, living space and appointments were very attractive and well appointed. A few tweaks would be helpful. A bit disappointed that the primary bath shower did not have any place to put shampoos, soaps, etc. Picking up bottles off the floor needs to be corrected. A simple hanging shower caddy or corner shelf would be helpful. The primary bedroom didn't have any drawer space or suitcase stands. However, there is a larger walk-in closet if you wanted to hang everything. The proximity to the two restaurants immediately below the property needs to be considered, although the music, noise, and hours were acceptable. Restaurant diners were uncomfortably in view and close while on the balcony or standing near the lakeside windows. Overall, nice property but needs a few tweaks to be great.
