Indian Harbour Beach Club 303 is proudly owned by 'Stay In Cocoa Beach', the largest owner of premium beachfront vacation rentals on the Space Coast!

Enjoy the beautiful, direct oceanfront views from your extra-large private balcony and throughout the unit. The balcony is accessible from both the living room and Master bedroom. This two bedroom, two full bathroom, ocean front unit is a must see!

This unit comes with everything you would need on a vacation such as free wireless internet, beach toys and accessories, linens, towels, a full kitchen and much, much more. You can comfortably sleep 6 people with a king bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the guest bedroom and a queen sized air mattress for additional sleeping (not a sofa sleeper).

Indian Harbour Beach Club is located as close to the beach as you can get. With private access to the quiet white sand beaches you can always find a spot to enjoy the beach without dealing with crowds. The beautiful, well maintained complex has a heated oceanfront pool which overlooks the ocean.

Great place to stay!

Loved staying here! Beautiful condo! Great location close to the grocery store and great food. Gorgeous up close view of the ocean. Lot's of beach toys for the kids and Beach chairs provided which was great! Also a pool if you don't want to deal with sand. Just loved this place!

Had an amazing trip at Harbor Beach Resort. The views are spectacular snd so relaxing

A wonderful 7 days here ! My kids loved the pool and the ocean . The condo was exactly how the pics looked and the people are so friendly. My kids and I witnessed a sea turtle laying eggs on the beach from our balcony it was an amazing trip and we will stay here again.

Great family vacation condo!

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the condo very much! It was a great family location, including our 8 & 10 year old boys. The pool and beach are perfect. The condo was clean and had plenty of amenities. The outside and cabinets could use a "refresh", but that is minor. We would definitely stay there again!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We enjoyed our stay at Indian Harbour Beach club and will definitely be back! Our view cannot be best and the beach was immaculate. The condo has everything you need to make yourself at home for a week or so. Kitchen well equipped and the bathrooms were spacious with great water pressure. Clean room and facilities with lots of water toys for kiddos. Special thanks to Taylor, property manager, for the extra assistance with mail delivery. We will book this space again next time we visit Melbourne area.

Closest stay to the Beach Ever!!

We loved opening the doors and listening to the waves which were amazingly close to this property! The balcony is large, the unit is laid out well and the kitchen is equipped with the necessities. The unit is older and a bit worn with uncomfortable furniture on the balcony. The indoor furniture is fine though and the king bed is great! The TVs are up to date and work well and the refrigerator with ice maker work great too! The master bathroom was large and the shower worked great too!

Beautiful View

This property is a hidden gem. My family has been traveling to this spot for 10 years and it never disappoints. The rental was clean and kitchen was well appointed. The ocean is directly behind the property and balcony views are amazing. The pool was clear and refreshing. The other renters were friendly and respectful. Management seemed very responsive but we had no issues during our stay. The bed in this unit is old and uncomfortable, difficult to sleep on, but did not detract from the trip. Highly recommend!

the place was great. just as shown in pics. however the twin beds were very hard and uncomfortable. no air fryer, or can opener. during th storm we found a monopoly game we played that kept us busy for the day. and so was the beacthe view from the room was excellant an so was the beach

My wife and I had a great time. Close to everything you would want. Even Disney.

The condo and property was clean and well maintained. They said just bring yourself and everything you needed wood be there and they were correct. Our Daughter, Son in-law and Grand Daughter stayed at Disney. We met them at the Magic Kingdom for a Day. Short drive. She is 4 years old and we got to see her have the time of her life. One of the best Vacations we have had. We have been married for 38 years. Almost forgot. Middle of November and the pool was like bath water. Thanks Pete

Stay at Indian Harbour Beach Club

We enjoyed our stay at Indian Harbour Beach Club. We've been coming here for years to see our family, but never stayed beachside. Several of our children were able to join us, and we had plenty of room to have more of our family over for visiting and meals together. We even had a cookout using the outdoor grill one evening. The unit was nicely decorated, but I wish I would have known more about how the kitchen was outfitted before we came. If you plan on doing a lot of cooking, you may want to bring things you need. Some of the family stayed in another unit, and there was a big discrepancy in the kitchens. The balcony was wonderful. It was the best Christmas present we've ever given to ourselves as a family. We will definitely be staying at this property again.

Our stay at this property was amazing! The property managers were great to deal with, and very responsive. The condo has absolutely beautiful views - we loved waking up to the waves each morning. This property has all of the basics in the kitchen, towels, and basic necessities like dish soap and laundry soap, which was so nice to not have to buy them. It isn't fancy, but has all that you need. We cooked several nights and used the grill. The only issues we had were the boogie boards were broken (which the property manager responded to immediately by offering to send more) and there could be more kitchen towels. Other than that, we were very pleased with our stay and will be renting from them again soon!

Perfect Spot Right On Beach

My wife, teenage daughter, and teenage boyfriend stayed here 10/15/2023 to 10/20/23 for fall break. 3rd Floor room overlooking beach. Wife and I had king bed. Daughter slept in a room that had 2 twin beds. Daughter’s boyfriend slept on couch. There was an inflatable mattress that wasn’t used. 2 adults and 2 children are the maximum occupancy of this unit. Our unit also overlooked the pool. Every aspect of the property was clean, well maintained, and was fairly accurate from unit posting. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the space. A minor suggestion to owners/ property management: Put spray shower nozzles in shower areas. Current shower heads don’t move and make showering more difficult than it needs to. Management staff was helpful and quick to respond to questions. I would rent from this company again The Indian Harbour Beach/Melbourne Beach area has lots of things around it. Restaurants and shopping are plentiful. This unit is worthy of your consideration

Yes. Magnificent view. But the condo was old, tired and dirty. Furniture is different from photos

The paint throughout is chipped and peeling. Floor tiles are pitted/ cracked. Grimy appliances with cracks and rust spots. Baseboards are dirty. Big dark stain in kitchen sink and bathtub. Bed sheets/mattress pad ate old and stretched out. They no longer fit the bed and were not professionally cleaned as advertised. Extra sheets poorly folded and stored on shelving. No placemats, no drain board, no dish towels, no kitchen sink disposal. No mop for dirty tile floors. Constant odor from smokers on other balconies. Beach items were covered with sand when put away in closet, so sand was everywhere. Overall disappointment due to poor quality all around. Everything needs to be freshened up. Location is perfect.

Decent place if you're not looking for tourist diversions. Works for people seeking warmth amd ocean

We had an okay stay. There was a reno going on below, and we found the walls thin. I would recommend leaving the air freshener packaged for anyone who might like it. We moved it outside as it was far too strong. All in all, we were comfortable amd the place was spotless.

Excellent Place to Stay

The pictures don’t do the condo justice, it’s much nicer than the pictures. It was very clean and was very comfortable for 4 people. The washer and dryer in the unit came in handy. The view is spectacular! And the location is great, just walk downstairs, or take the elevator, past the pool and you’re on the beach- great for the early morning walks. It’s close to everything, restaurants, stores like Walmart and Lowe’s, and is only about 15-20 minutes from Florida Tech. We highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed.

Had great time. The kids loved the beach and intense waves on the Alantic side. Staff was always there cleaning the property and enforcing the rules at the Condos. Meliborne was nice and quiet town, but not far away form reastruants and Cocco Beach. Would definitely reccommend and stay at Indian Harobor again.

Wonderful Anniversary Trip!

The view is absolutely breathtaking! This location is perfectly placed on the A1A with everything in short driving distance. The pool was clean and convenient. Zareh was quick with any concerns that we had. Only minor comment is that there are some smokers on other balconies.
