As a corner unit, the condo offers additional natural light and an open feel while still providing the relaxing beachfront atmosphere guests love. Located on a quiet stretch of beach, guests can enjoy the ocean without the crowds often found in nearby Cocoa Beach. The location and view were 5 star. The apartment was a great set up for a family, if going as two couples, then the twin beds are probably a little harder to work with. Would recommend to everyone and hope to return.

Condo was great! Great views from inside and on balcony. We were able to watch dolphins and sea turtles from the condo. The beach is not crowded at all. Communication with the owners was great.

This unit was everything we were looking for & the balcony was such a wonderful place to relax. The unit was very clean & had everything we could possibly need. The beach was not crowded like surrounding beaches which made it perfect for us. I would highly recommend this unit.
