The spacious living room features plush seating, a smart TV, and a brick fireplace perfect for family movie nights or intimate gatherings. Large windows bathe the room in natural light during the day, creating a cheerful ambiance. The kitchen is a true chef's delight, complete with modern appliances, ample countertop space, and a convenient breakfast bar. In the garage you’ll find an electric vehicle charger, ready and equipped for your EV needs. There is a J1772 Connector (NACS/Tesla), or a NEMA plug to use if needed

Sleeping arrangements are comfortable and inviting, and there is plenty of space for everyone. The first bedroom boasts a king bed, the second offers an additional king bed and a crib for the little ones in the group, and the third bedroom offers a double-over-double bunk bed and a double sofa bed. A double futon and a double sofa bed offer extra sleeping space.

Staying connected is a breeze, thanks to the high-speed WiFi available throughout the house. A private washer/dryer rounds out the home essentials.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
