Lake Rights!! Experience the unique charm of Emerald Manor from the moment you arrive at the front door. The house sits at the edge of the forest on 1/3 acre of trees & greenery. As you walk out onto the deck from the newly remodeled kitchen, your view is simply trees leading up to the peek-a-boo view of Lake Arrowhead. The hammock welcomes you - one on the deck & the other in its own private space amongst the trees that provide a protective canopy from the outside world.

The gathering spaces of Emerald Manor are spacious & provide the perfect opportunity to gather & connect while preparing a gourmet meal, relaxing by the fireplace, or watching a movie. The spiral staircase leads to the light & airy loft with huge picture window & view of the lake. The desk by the window is your workspace with a view! Whether you are in a creative mood or working remotely, this space is a retreat when it’s time to wind down & grab some “me time”.

On the lower level, the game room is home to your entertainment including Shuffleboard & an Arcade. The game table offers endless fun & competition with Table Tennis, Air Hockey, & Foosball. Sink into the big comfy chair in the corner & get lost in your favorite novel. The kids will love this space where they will never be bored.

The primary bedroom has its own cozy fireplace, sitting area, & access to the secluded second deck with the treetop views. This is another space where peace & quiet surround you with the sounds of nature. The room itself has lots of natural light with tall ceilings & comes equipped with blackout shades & drapes for those who want to have a sleep-in day to rejuvenate the senses. The bunk bed room is the perfect space for either adults or kids with comfy beds & a futon.

The roads accessing the house are wide, well paved, & County maintained.
Lake Arrowhead is a private lake. Not all owners provide lake passes for guests. Access is provided to the lake trail. Swimming & fishing are allowed from the trail.

In Bedroom 2, the bunkbeds are a twin over a queen (shown in pictures). Bedroom 1 is the loft & is open to the living room area below. Bedroom 3 loft is open to the living space.

Immediately after booking you will receive our rental agreement to review and accept.

To make this property affordable and reasonable for couples there is an extra guest fee of $12 for 2 people.

The age minimum is 25 (families with kids welcome).

For 28+ night stays, please inquire first (not instant book); the following deposits apply: Refundable damage deposit is $100 Refundable cleaning deposit is $260 45-day cancellation policy, &for shortened stays Note:

The cleaning fee for 28+night stays is higher than the short-term cleaning fee in the listing. For stays 28 nights or longer, the cleaning fee is $250. The difference between this fee & the initial cleaning fee paid upon booking will be collected along with the deposits before check-in.

For your convenience in cleaning up any messes or spills we provide handiwipes & bar rags as an eco-friendly alternative to paper towels. We also provide Swedish dish cloths instead of sponges. There is a sign in the house explaining the benefits, however if you prefer paper towels or sponges during your stay feel free to bring them. We want to prepare you the best we can for an exceptional stay with us.

PETS: We are happy to announce our Happy Paws Community Program to help local animal shelters re-home and save the lives of animals.

We donate 25% of pet fees to a local shelter/animal rescue. We are also launching our Happy Paws promotion for pet parents who help us get the word out about the program.
To participate, follow the wick & easy steps in the guidebook under “Pet Parents” to post a picture of you & your furry family member. The picture must be posted before check-out & make sure to tag us. The refund will be provided back to you within 5 days of check-out.

The Short Term Pet discounted fee for non-shedding dogs is $25 per night per pet If your dog is on the list we will need a picture of you & your pet(s) (together) submitted prior to check-in day.
The Short Term regular Pet fee for other dogs or approved pets is $50 per night per pet.
The Long Term Pet fee (28+ nights or longer) is $150 per dog per month. For non-shedding pets on the list the monthly fee is $95 per month.

There is a refundable pet deposit if more than 2 approved pets of $500.
