The open concept allows for couples, families or groups to fully enjoy the space. This house feels much larger than its 1500 sq ft due to its open concept and 10 ft ceilings. Conveniently located to everything Greenville has to offer. Come relax in the rocking chairs or swing on the large front porch. The house is equipped with high speed internet, and a private fenced back yard, small deck and a fire pit.

House: 1500 sq ft house with 3 bedrooms 2 baths with a beautiful covered front porch and a fenced in yard with a fire pit. The house has an open concept living room with a large comfortable sectional, 50” smart TV, large dining table and open concept kitchen with an Island.

Bedrooms:
The Blue Beauty: The primary bedroom in the back of the house features a King size bed, 55’ smart TV, nightstands, large dresser and a large closet. This room has a private en-suite bathroom with a beautiful tiled walk in shower, amplified make-up mirror, hair dryer and shower supplies (soap, shampoo/conditioner , lotion and body wash).

The Gray Bunny Room: The elegant room features a queen size bed, 2 night-stands, bench and lamps, closet as well as a beautiful non-working fireplace.

The Sputnik Elegance Room: This fun and funky room features a queen size bed, night stands, lamps, bench and a large wall closet.

Bathrooms: The Primary bedroom has a full en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The two queen rooms share a lovely full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Both include shampoo/conditioner combo, soap, and cotton swabs.

Kitchen/Dining: The beautiful open concept kitchen is fully equipped (fridge freezer with ice maker, stove, microwave and dishwasher) and also includes the basics (12 cup coffee pot with filter, blender, toaster etc.) The beautiful table has plenty of space for family meals or game night. Dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher soap provided.

Laundry: The house comes with a full size washer and dryer and we do supply the laundry soap for your convenience. There is an ironing board, iron and steamer for your use if needed.

Exterior:
During your stay be sure to enjoy the beautiful front porch with two rocking chairs and a porch swing. Or enjoy your time on the back deck or by the fire pit in the fenced back yard.
