Cypress Dream - Hill Country Escape Overlooking the Tranquil Cypress Creek!
Overlooking the crystal clear waters of the Cypress Creek, Cypress Dream is a truly a unique Hill Country vacation experience. This location in the heart of the Hill Country only 3 miles from the downtown Wimberley square just cant be beat! However, be prepared that once you arrive you may never want to leave the 1,500 sq ft back deck with views of the creek!
The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining and connecting with your family while escaping from busy city life. Cozy up with a glass of wine in the living room next to the beautiful gas fireplace. The spacious kitchen has an oversized island surround by barstools making it another popular place to hang out. The elongated sunroom lined with windows houses a huge 8 person hot tub. There are two bedrooms located on the first floor, each offers a queen size bed. There are also two full bathrooms on first floor. One has a walk-in shower while the other bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination. Upstairs you are greeted by the third bedroom which offers another queen size bed. Then make your way into the master bedroom which boasts a king size bed and a bonus room with queen size bed. There is also an ensuite bathroom with double sinks, soaking tub, and large walk-in shower. Right off the master suite is also a large covered deck with comfortable seating and hammock.
Cypress Falls Swimming Hole is just half a mile away for easy access into the water. They also offer tube and boat rentals, an outdoor bar serving beer and wine, and occasionally even live music! The golfers in the group will also be delighted to know that Double J Ranch Golf Club is less than a 3 Wood away!
CHECK-IN/OUT TIMES: Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being prepared for your arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly.
SELF CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS: All reservations will be required to sign a rental agreement and provide Hills of Texas Lodging with a valid credit card to be placed on file for their stay. In lieu of charging a damage deposit or non-refundable damage waiver, a temporary hold of $500 will be placed on a credit card upon arrival for incidentals (just like they do at hotels). We are basically just verifying with your financial institution that sufficient funds are available in the event they were needed to cover property damage(s). If there are no property damages, the card will not be charged.
AGE REQUIREMENT: Everyone participating in the reservation must be over age 25 or if accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
MAX OCCUPANCY: The maximum capacity for this home is 10 guests (including children). No visitors or day guests are allowed. Only the guests registered in this reservation are allowed onsite. If it is discovered that guests are over occupying the property, it will result in eviction.
PET POLICY: Pets are not allowed at this property under any circumstance.
