It is very quaint, you feel like you are far out, but close to everything. We have beautiful nature here, a pond and sets on 5 acres.

This private countryside studio in Sanford offers a quiet, comfortable retreat for solo travelers or couples. Enjoy a peaceful rural setting with beautiful natural surroundings while staying just a short 10 minute drive from downtown. The studio features a private entrance and a relaxed, low-key atmosphere - perfect for short or long stays, work trips, or just a calm getaway.
What makes this property unique
The studio is very quaint. It sits on the far left side of the property. The house sits on 5 acres surrounded by trees. You have the back deck to use as your outside space as well as the backyard. There is also a little fire pit area and hammock setup. You will have access to the washer & dryer in the garage. The mini fridge sits in the left side of the closet space to save space.
