Light and bright is how you will feel upon entering 17376 Lively Lane. This home located on a huge 10 acre, partially fenced, lot, just outside of Sunriver, will have you coming back time and time again. The chic and charming great room features cozy furnishings, a fully stocked chef's kitchen and dining room, plus quick access to the rec room and outdoor deck.
There are three bedrooms in the house. The primary ensuite features a king bed and private bathroom with large walk-in shower. Bedrooms two and three each feature queen beds and share a bathroom with shower/tub combo. A day bed with a trundle is located in the recreation room for overflow, and each bedroom is outfitted with Casper mattresses, cozy bedding, and a tasteful design.
Head outside to enjoy your private hot tub, horseshoe pit, frisbee golf, deck for grilling and fire pit for stargazing. The deck has nice southern exposure where you can take in all the beautiful Central Oregon wildlife. The 10+/- acres are partially fenced
