This stunning, multi-level Sunriver vacation rental awaits your visit - 8 Lassen Lane comfortably accommodates up to ten guests with a spacious great room, four tastefully appointed bedrooms, and four bathrooms. The lodge-style construction boasts beautiful tongue-and-groove vaulted ceilings, a classic river rock gas fireplace, 70 70-inch TV, hardwood floors in the kitchen and dining areas, and an upscale kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a gas cooktop. Preparing meals will be a breeze for your group's resident chef(s) - the kitchen is stocked with everything needed to host a dinner party, and expansive granite tile countertops and a large center island with bar seating mean multiple people can participate without running into one another!

Step outside from the kitchen and dining area onto the deck to find patio seating, a gas grill, and the private hot tub. Back inside, head down a half flight of stairs to encounter the primary bedroom with en suite bathroom, laundry room, and full guest bathroom. This bedroom has a comfortable King bed, TV, and an exterior door opening onto the hot tub. The attached bathroom features a walk-in closet, dual vanities, soaking tub and separate tiled shower. The downstairs guest bathroom has a walk-in shower and also provides access to the hot tub.

Head up the stairs from the main floor to find a second suite, a guest bedroom, a large 4th bedroom/bonus room, and a shared bathroom. To the left of the stair landing is the primary suite with a beautiful log King bed, vaulted ceilings, and TV. The en-suite bathroom has dual vanities and a large, walk-in shower. To the right of the stair landing is the tastefully furnished guest bedroom with a comfortable King bed, large window, and a TV. A large bathroom is located directly across the hall and has a tub/shower combination; access from the hallway or the 4th bedroom/bonus room. The 4th bedroom is oversized, accommodating up to four with two (2) Twin beds, plus a Twin Bunk Bed. A TV, foosball, and air hockey tables make this a great secondary living space for the kids.
AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
