This is a wonderful place to stay. The beds are very comfortable. The hot tub is hot and the jets work! It was super clean. The view from the deck is of the mountains, not other cabins. Being a beekeeper, I was a bit jealous of the 5 tulip poplars surrounding the back deck. Loved our stay! Would definitely stay here again.

The cabin was pretty nice and had a nice view. The king bed so really old and part of the one side was completely broken down, when you sat or laid on that part of the bed, you just sank straight through it so that bed wasn’t good but the other was fine. Cabin was nicely furnished. Message on app, phone call and text were never answered, I did find a phone number online to call and that person was helpful.

The cabin was clean, easily accessible. It is slightly dated, but, overall a good stay. The only down side for us, we didn't realize it was in a gated community and had close neighbors.

My wife and i are in our 70s. We did a strenous hike in the Great Smoky Mountains, anticipating a soothing soak at this property. Instead of a hot tub we got a luke tub. And we couldn't ever get contact with hosts to find out about settings. Nowhere could we find any guidance. On top of that, what was described as a private setting was less than that with line-of-sight to neighbors and vice-versa. I am not one to publicly cite a property but this was a sour experience for this and other reasons. Sorry, David, but your team has work to do.
