You won’t need your car once you’ve parked in your designated off street parking spot, right outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown! Nestled in Salem’s historic district minutes away from historic attractions, parks, beaches, restaurants, commuter rail, and ferry to Boston. Unbeatable location and cozy condo to come back to after experiencing all that Salem has to offer.

1st Level- Open concept kitchen and living room with an electric fireplace and a half bathroom. Refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee maker and microwave available for guests to use.

2nd Floor-Full bathroom with standing shower. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin size beds, with 5” memory foam mattress and measures 38” wide by 75” long and has a 300 lbs weight capacity. Full size inflatable bed also available upon request. Measurements of inflatable bed are 54” wide, 75’’ width, and 22” height.
Small private outdoor patio. One private off street parking spot.

PLEASE BE ADVISED-There is a spiral staircase that might not be suitable for young children.

My wife and I visited for Halloween in Oct. 2023 and loved our stay. The condo was perfect and in the best location in the historic district to walk to all of the festivities and great restaurants in the area.

Great Stay!

This is a clean, charming and nicely decorated condo in a fantastic location. We walked to shopping, dinner, tours and museums in 5-10 minutes. I was concerned that it would be noisy outside because it was so close to everything but it was quiet. Check in was super easy. I highly recommend a stay here.

Salem Mass. trip

This was my first time using VRBO. The experience was so easy to book this property for our trip. I met the property manager, and she was so nice and helpful. The property was well maintained and clean. It was very close to a lot of the tourist attractions and I was able to walk to most of them. I use a cane for stability and I'm unable to walk very far. Perfect location for visiting Salem on foot

Cozy little house within walking distance of historic Salem. Comfortable and inviting. We were able to park our car and leave it for the duration of the stay, everything you’d want to see is walkable from this house. My wife and I stayed there with another couple. My only complaint is there is only one real bed, the other options are a small cot or an inflatable queen size mattress. This was clearly communicated in advance, I knew that’s what it was going to be. It worked, it wasn’t bad, but it would be nice to see this property get a second real bed. Nothing that would deter me from staying there again though, this place was great.
