Home is in a neighborhood that sits on a ridge overlooking Ellsworth AFB to the east and Rapid City and Black Hills to the west. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, large living room, and laundry on ground floor.

Basement has an oversized living room/rec room with foosball and board games along with large HDTV with access to all your streaming networks through high speed internet provided., 2 large bedrooms, and full bathroom.

Fully fenced back yard with propane grill available.

Perfect for large families, multiple families, seniors, or large groups traveling together or meeting in Rapid City to explore Black Hills.

The home was perfect for our 8 people (4 families). It was very clean and communication from /with the host was excellent. The location was a great central starting point for day trips to Badlands, Mount Rushmore, Jewel Cave, and Wind Cave. Shopping and restaurants are nearby. we totally enjoyed the accommodations and our stay in Rapid City.

We had a wonderful time in Rapid City for our 5-day stay for our daughter's wedding . We have a disabled family member and sometimes finding places to stay is difficult. This home was accessible and the owner was wonderful to work with to make sure our stay was comfortable. You feel like you're in a home and not a large hotel room. It has easy access to Town amenities. We would stay again.

The house was very clean, master suite was huge and the bed was comfy. Enjoyed the coffee provided and the little touches like the welcome card and chocolates. Liked how there were little signs posted for how to use the dishwasher and thermostat.

Wonderful stay

This house was perfect for our extended family vacation with 6 adults and 2 kiddos under 4. The crib and bunk beds made packing for two littles a breeze. The hosts were super responsive and helpful with all our questions. The neighborhood was quiet and centrally located. The next time we’re in Rapid City, we’d love to stay at this house again!

Wonderful house. Nine of us used the house to visit Mt Rushmore, Custer State Park, and Badlands National Park. House was super clean, new, and perfect for our group. The board games and foosball table kept the kids busy while we were home. Thanks for a great stay.

The home was beautiful. We had six adults and two children. The yard was fenced so the toddler could run. The home was furnished well. The kitchen stocked with everything to prepare meal. Would definitely stay there again. Beautiful neighborhood.

We have multiple properties in South Dakota that we rent out short and long term and we want our guests and long term tenants to enjoy our properties - we only buy properties that we would live or stay in.

Why they chose this property

We love this neighborhood so much, we actually live two blocks away and raise our family here.

Convenient to all that Rapid City and the Black Hills has to offer. Convenient to Ellsworth AFB for those visiting or transitioning.

What makes this property unique

It has amazing views to the east and the west as you walk around the neighborhood, or you can take in amazing sunrises from the patio or amazing sunsets from just down the block. Construction is ongoing, but this is one of the last houses to be built on the block and the street behind the house is not going to be worked on for another two years as development is going to be focused to the south and west.
