About this space
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in Statesboro that boasts 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a very comfy sofa bed. The home is situated just outside of town but is within a couple mins of Georgia Southern campus & golf course, Paulson Stadudium, Tormenta Soccer Field, Bulloch County Agriculture Complex, Ogeechee Technical College, and only about 10 mins from Splash in the Boro Waterpark. The home is located on a quiet cul de sac so you can feel like you're at an oasis.
The space
With 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms, everyone their privacy. Walk in closets in every room as well as a full bath in each as an Ensuite. 4 couples could easily stay here and you had a 3rd wheel, they get the sofa bed!! There's a concrete patio out back with a grill and a quaint bistro set on the front porch for morning coffee.
Guest access
There is a pool that is about a 2 min drive to get to. Typically, it's quiet but this is a college town! Towels are provided by me and a few chairs as well. I just ask that they are returned to the home when you leave the pool for there is an extra charge.
Other things to note
The wifi Password will be hanging up for you near the living room.

Great Family Stay for Georgia Southern Events

Just as advertised! Four large bedrooms each with a separate bathroom, a kitchen with all the amenities, and plenty of room to spread out. Perfect location for a group traveling in for any event at Georgia Southern!

Perfect - We will stay again!

Everyone was so pleased with the house. The fact that every bedroom had its own bathroom was a major plus! For our group everyone having their own private area was awesome. It has a great open concept were everyone can get together and visit. We had to split one of the king rooms into twins and the host was on top of the situation. Great house, great location, and a great host! We hope to stay here again next year.

Tormenta Fall Challenge

We traveled in for a soccer tournament at Tornenta FC. The property was exactly as described, provided adequate living spaces and enough room to spread out and relax after each game. They even allowed us the opportunity to extend our stay when the kids made the championship game. If we travel back to Statesboro, we would definitely stay again!

Poorly maintained and very dirty house.Stove burners work improperly.Oven surges from 350 deg to 400 deg and then back down. We brought an oven thermometer with us so know that it didn’t work. Oven was totally unusable. I told the host that we would be doing a large amount of baking for a wedding. Was told the kitchen was fully functional. Stove and oven were unusable.This was a HUGE problem for us.Dishwasher rack doesn’t work.Toilet in one bathroom leaks water at the floor level.Window sills between the window and the screen are very dirty. Bugs are located in that space.Cockroaches and other bugs were inside.Air return register in hallway is coated with dirt, grease and probably pet dander. Disgustingly FILTHY!!Patio furniture was dirty not just dusty. We tried to hose them off, but hoses were broken or cracked, so could not use.Front porch was covered with pine needles, again could not hose off.Wet spots on the bedroom wall in one of the back bedrooms.Texted host about the oven and stuff and never received an acknowledgment of the text.She did respond to a previous text. Also the back door sills have either termites or dry rot. Pieces of frame is missing.This house needs a thorough cleaning from top to bottom and serious maintenance.Pet dander caused one of our parties to have to sleep in another location. Renting this property caused so much stress because the stove and oven were a disaster. They are charging way too much money for this place.
