We had a wonderful stay. Things couldn't have been better. The home is beautiful. Everything works as it should. 5 minute walk to the beach. 3 minute bike ride to the beach. Fine dining, casual dining, breakfast, small grocery, great shopping... all within 5-10 minute walking distance. Check-in, check-out very simple.

We found our Zen! This home is perfectly appointed, it was so nice to be in a home that felt like my own and not just a rental. Perfectly decorated, comfortable, and clean with all the right details. The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed to cook for our family. The location is a quick walk to the beach and to town. The multiple pool options are great as well, especially the indoor pool for the teenagers to play or adults to swim laps. The gym, 25 fee per day, was just what was needed to get a workout in too. Management company was responsive to our needs. Best decision was to pay for the beach chairs and umbrella ahead of time! Made for a lovely beach experience as well. So happy we stayed in Rosemary Beaxh as it is incredibly charming, and offers the vibe we were looking for vs. the surrounding towns. I would book this home again!!

This VRBO is in a beautiful neighborhood in Rosemary Beach. The home was beautiful and welcoming, easy to enjoy on a rainy beach day. Will be returning. Beach is an easy stroll. One of my all time favorites.

Awesome stay!

This was a beautiful home in a perfect location! Check-in and instructions for everything were easy. Everything was perfect, except a wheel did fall off one of the bikes we were riding. The house came with a total of 4 bikes so we had a back-up.

The bedrooms were really quiet and stayed dark which I really appreciate since I am a sensitive sleeper. I do wish it had nicer/cleaner linens. I washed the master bedroom duvet myself and that made things feel better.

Unbelievably, linens weren’t changed before we arrived. We notified management and they were changed the next day.Upstairs bedroom window left open before we arrived and was found to be off its tracks and unable to close. It was fixed on day 2. No notice was given to us that the residence had any issues. We wondered why we weren’t told before we arrived to expect that a window was broken.Very disappointed and would absolutely not stay here again. Definitely not worth 1000 per night.

Great place and location. There were some issues with non-functioning fountains, toilets and the like which were ultimately addressed. Would be nice to have more than bare necessities provided at this price point (ie no salt and pepper provided in kitchen, coffee filters or anything really).
