We are located within a few minutes from the Delaware May-Lewes Ferry where you can jump on to take a day trip, or simply enjoy the eateries, drinks, and entertainment located at the beautiful new terminal. More about our home: This is two story corner, property facing the bay. Our shore inspired, newly decorated, clean, & spacious 5 bedroom home is ready for you to make new memories. New furniture & mattresses throughout. If choosing to enter through the front door, you will find the dining room and kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen includes 12 person dinnerware both ceramic & plastic for outdoor eating. All cooking and baking essentials provided to make your morning pancakes, & other favorite recipes. Wine glasses & espresso for the adults & s'mores & fondu set for the kiddos! Sit down in this indoor eating area or choose either of the two outdoor spaces. Don't like walking up steps? Then use one of the two bedrooms on this first level. The first bedroom includes a cozy queen size bed and lovely decor. Guests of this bedroom can sip their morning tea in front of the large bay facing windows or enjoy some early evening beverage of choice with glimpses of the sunset sky. Just next to this queen sleeper room is the second bedroom with twin trundle, easily accommodating an additional two guests. Through the kitchen, you will find the spacious living room/den area with high cathedral ceiling and wide bay window & sliders. Find plenty of space here to enjoy one another while playing games or watching a movie. Next to the living room, you will step down into the 3 seasons screened or covered porch to spend time with your loved ones enjoying the fresh shore air & sunlight. Outdoor patio also included in the yard, complete with gas grill for you to fire up your favorite fire-roasted cuisine. Also, on the first floor you will find a complete laundry/ mudd room space to drop off your sandy beach gear before heading through the rest of the home. The wide staircase leads guests to the second level complete with three spacious bedrooms. You will first encounter the double bedroom, then the four-sleeper double twin trundle bedroom. Lastly, there is a spectacular bedroom suite which includes a sitting area futon couch to enjoy the sunset, or have your morning coffee with tranquil views of the bay. In the bedroom suite, you can make a cup of coffee before heading into the office nook/workspace to check in at the office. Numerous windows all around the home for a uniquely bright and airy shore feel. Bay views can be enjoyed from all second floor front windows. The bathroom on the second floor is located in this master suite and is accessible from this bedroom as seen in the photo. Plenty of closet, cabinet, & drawer storage space for all your needs throughout the home. Both home bathrooms have new standing showers, no tub included. Enclosed outdoor shower during warmer months great for washing off after the beach. Numerous parking spots in the driveway, front & side of the home for you to leave your vehicles and walk to the bay. Convenient side entrance takes you to the laundry area to dust off the sand, or another which leads you to the living room/ den area.
