The place was clean and spacious with enough room to spread out. The house provided sheets, plenty of towels, and a well-equipt kitchen (which in Vrbo is definitely a plus!). We mainly stayed there to go to Storyland, which is literally within walking distance. It is also within a quick drive from N Conway, Diana's Baths, and a bunch of hiking/nordic trails. Communication with the host was quick and cordial. One thing to be aware of: this is a condo with folks living downstairs, which can be challenging if traveling with kiddos. Otherwise, a great place.

Great very spacious condo in a charming and quiet neighborhood. It is really well equiped with all you need in the kitchen. I put 4 star for cleanliness because the bathtub was sticky as well as the floor in that bathroom. Plus the soap holder was full of soap. I didn't really have any communication with the owner as I didn't need it. But I would have appreciated to have a binder with the check out instructions. Except for those fixable items, it is a really great place to stay.

Beautifully maintained condo which included all amenities as described. Property is in a quite secluded area and close to many attractions. Our family can’t wait to visit again!

Great stay!

We had a great time during our stay! The house worked perfectly for our family and was so convenient to North Conway town center and Storyland! We were here during the summer but it’s also perfect for a winter stay as it’s so close to multiple mountains! Would definitely recommend!

This place is great for a winter stay but for the summer it was hot as there was no air conditioning. At night it was wonderful with the doors open the breeze was beautiful but so hot during the day. Also in the main room a lot of the top electrical outlets did not work. We loved how the security system they used to get into our room worked! User friendly for our entire party. The beds we’re comfortable, the washer & dryer worked and the discharge instructions were given IN ADVANCE and not the morning we left which I appreciated!

Fun weekend getaway.

All we needed for a good time. We enjoyed our stay. There is a hot tub there however we did not see any indication that there was permission given to utilize it.

Summer Stay

Nice property with plenty of space. Loved seeing the wildlife, a black bear and deer in the early morning hours. Close to attractions, hikes, shops and restaurants. It is an upstairs unit which was hot in July. I’m sure in the winter months it’s warm and cozy. Perfect for skiers and winter enthusiasts.

We have stayed here before and decided to give it a go. The property is a good size for our two families, and the quick drive to Storyland can't be beat. I would caution those with young children, as our kids seemed to be a bother to the neighbor even on their best days. Air conditioning would be the cherry on top, but lots of fans provided were helpful. Barry was great about being flexible when I forgot some clothing in the dryer. We did have a bear experience, so definitely heed the warning about locking cars!

Wonderful place to stay with the family while visiting the area and spending the day at Story Land. The condo was in great condition with many amenities, utensils, board games, and even toys. We had a good 2-day stay. I remove one star because of the following: we found many dead bugs along the unit, specially in the loft, even in the pillow of the bed. I wish they also would provide shower gel and shampoo. And I know it was not in the description, but there is no AC. They provided fans, which was nice, although one didn't work properly. Otherwise, I would recommend this place.
