The Master Suite is complete with a King Size very comfortable bed, a walk in closet and a second large closet area. More storage than any vacation could ever need. The master bath is spacious and well appointed. A large tiled shower with 3 shower heads, tiled seat, and more than enough room for more than 1. Relax with a big screen TV, many streaming services active and ready for use and room specific environmental controls. A sliding door to the small balcony where you can enjoy the sunset over The Bay.

You'll find baby extras including a potty trainer/step stool for toddler access to tooth brushing and washing hands, along with a pack n' play tucked away in the master bedroom closet. A high chair and a bassinet in the coat closet next to the front door and a nice stroller in the garage available for use.

The kid's room is upstairs across from the master suite with 2 twin beds and a ceiling fan to keep it comfortable. A full bathroom in the hallway between the rooms available to keep any additional guests from invading the serenity of the master suite.

2 more bedrooms, one on the main floor, one downstairs, both with very comfortable queen beds and spacious closets. Main floor bedroom directly across from the 3rd full bathroom.

The kitchen is large with most everything you could need to prepare wonderful meals while there. All new appliances with a gas stove and exterior exhaust through the above range microwave. Coffee maker, toaster, soda stream, even an electric griddle packed away for your use. Explore the many lighting options throughout the space to customize your ambiance.

Living room is set up for comfort. Carpeted with 2 very comfortable leather couches and that one leather chair with ottoman that everyone has always wanted. Sink into it for an afternoon nap or just to watch the game. Local TV stations along with many others available on this TV.

Game room downstairs with big screen, PlayStation, foosball and board games.

Beautiful Red Smith park is a 2 min walk from The Otter Den. The neighborhood around the park is a quiet and family-friendly atmosphere. The park itself offers a ton recreational activities, including sports fields, playgrounds, and walking trails. It's a great spot for you to enjoy outdoor activities and spend time with your family.
