The lower space boasts its own kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, dish washer and microwave. There is a full laundry area on the lower level as well as a working space with pull out sofa. There is a 6 seat high top table for casual dining where you can enjoy the fireplace and or televisions. Relax on the sofa and watch your favorite show. There is a bedroom beyond the sliding barn doors complete with a king sized bed, closet and under stair nook!
Exit from the living or kitchen area to a full patio to relax on the hammock or walk on down a few steps to the private beach complete with Adirondack chairs, and a dock to fish or swim from. There is also a wood fire pit for your enjoyment.
