Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Beautiful and spacious front and backyards with ample furniture to relax on. Completely remodeled in 2023. Tastefully decorated with plenty of room for 6 guests. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in between Embry Riddle and downtown Prescott. Close to Willow and Watson Lakes, Fry's Market, and downtown restaurants. #21490250 If staying over a Sunday night, please put out the trash cans by the street. Side apartment on left aide of home not included in rental.apartment has separate driveway, yard, and entrance.

Great home away from Home

We had a wonderful week to kick off the beginning of summer. The location and property were perfect and everyone is already trying to find a reason to make a return visit.

Perfect spot in Prescott!

Godbolt Family Stay

This place was perfect for the week! The playroom in the garage was a hit with the kids. Nice neighborhood and yard. House was very clean too. Highly recommended!

The dog house you'll love to be in.

2nd time staying here and 3rd with this host. Absolutely love this house and location. Very quiet neighborhood and all the amenities you could hope for. Very comfortable and relaxing house that felt like home when we traveled to Prescott for my son's graduation. If we are ever headed to Prescott, this would definitely be our first choice!

Dog friendly

We had a wonderful 2 night stay. Our dogs felt comfortable here with a lot of room to play. Nice outdoor patio and a fun game room. We only wished we could have longer.

This place exceeded our expectations. It was comfortable, felt like you were staying at a good friend's house. The yard is amazing and it was super dog friendly. Will absolutely stay here again in the future.

Fantastic

In town for a wedding from out of state, have a dog, very clean, big yard, large bathrooms, big bedrooms, awesome game room, easy access to all locations. Great place to stay!!!

Wedding Stay

Great spot for the family as we were in town for a wedding. 3 minutes from Willow Creek Inn venue and a great place to host groomsmen with the game room. Ms Pac Man machine was an added bonus!

Fresco Peaks Prescott

Great property with areas and entertainment for everyone. Great yard for dogs! Centrally located, clean, and well equipped. Host was very responsive to questions and anything needed. We really enjoyed our time here.

Great home away from home for the family!

We loved our stay in this Prescott home. It was a great location, near enough to the outdoors & the fun Whiskey Row amenities. It had everything a family needed for a very convenient stay, and was, clean, updated, and well appointed. The converted garage/game room was incredibly spacious and the kids enjoyed it, along with the turf backyard (complete with putting greens!) for the pup. Definitely would stay here again!

Girls Getaway Weekend

Wonderful property to keep the whole family entertained. Beautifully decorated. We’re from East Valley area & just had a girls weekend away but all 4 of us said we would 100% stay here again with our spouses. Disappointed that we ended up going during the odd April cold snap, so not really able to take advantage of the nice outdoor seating due to the cold winds & snow. Host: Aaron was great to work with & responded to my questions quickly.

Nice Fun House in Prescott

The house was clean and had everything you needed to have a great time. The house was beautifully decorated and updated. My kids and their cousins loved hanging out in the game room playing pool and poker. This is our new favorite house to rent in Prescott when we visit family. I hope it’s available next time we stay.

A healing vacation

We chose this vacation time and space because of a recent death in our family. We all needed time away to decompress. The home is beautifully decorated and well prepared. We had just about everything we would need. Our week away was very relaxing. My husband and son enjoyed the fishing. They caught their daily max each time they went out. There are so many tourist attractions, it was hard to see them all. We will come back! Thank you for this very special VRBO.
