Super clean, fully furnished, eco friendly house. Enjoy a family meal in the fully stocked kitchen. Or walk 1 block up the street and enjoy a meal at Casa Sanchez Mexican Restaurant. Then come home and gather with the family in the spacious living room and large family room. You will love the private backyard with the unique boulder fire pit, great for smores! Enjoy a nice dinner on the patio or rock on the front porch and watch the sunset. After a long day of exploring, you can look forward to a great nights sleep. All three bedrooms have super comfy queen beds and resort sheets. Looking for things to do...We are walking distance from the Worlds Oldest Rodeo! Stroll downtown and enjoy the night life at the bars and restaurants on the square. Or go for a great hike, just 2 miles from beautiful Thumb Butte Mountain. The house is super cute and cozy. We didn’t need to buy anything extra for the house, all necessities were provided. Nice location, and close to many restaurants. Our host was very considerate and checked in to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything. We would definitely stay there again!

Charming home close to activities

The Barn House was exactly as pictured. It was a perfect fit for 6 adults over a weekend. Nice front and back outside space. Plenty of places to sit and visit inside. Good dining table for games and cards. Thank you.

Family gathering to celebrate our grandsons 1st birthday, house was perfect for our small group with a nice park next door to explore. Shopping close by for last minute needs. Location close to downtown Prescott where we spent time enjoyimg the sights. Hostess was ready available to make sure we needed anything!.

We really enjoyed how close the house was to restaurants and whiskey row. We also loved that the cabinets were labeled, so we didn’t have to keep opening up every cabinet and possibly put things away in the wrong cabinet.

Nice central location

Excellent communication with Marsha, nice and fully stocked kitchen and excellent location to the rodeo grounds and downtown. The only issue for us was the “two twin beds” listed as being in the living room come in the form of rollaway cots with very thin pads. My daughter ended up sleeping on the couch. Other than that, the property had everything we needed for a nice stay.

Perfect intimate house!

Our stay was amazing! This house has a lot of character and is very well put together. My kids had an amazing time playing in the backyard and Having the bunkbed was a plus. The host was very accommodating when we arrived early. Would definitely stay here again!
