This ocean-view condo will be just the perfect place to bring the whole family for an unforgettable vacation to Playa Conchal! This splendid retreat has access to Reserva Conchal private beach club, which is the heart of the resort featuring two gourmet restaurants, a bar, a co-working space, an air-conditioned gym, a children’s playground, two beachfront pools, a full-service spa, paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, lockers, towel service and beach chairs all just steps from one of Costa Rica’s most beautiful white sandy beaches - Playa Conchal. Each week, the club hosts a wide range of events from sushi and pizza nights, happy hour drink specials, live entertainment, children’s activities, and special gatherings for the holidays throughout the year including Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, and Thanksgiving. Fitness classes are offered for a small fee on the roof-top deck several mornings a week including strength and yoga classes. And if you have any golfers in your group, they will get the chance to play in what is known as the best golf course in Costa Rica!

This spacious home away from home offers an open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Surprise your guests with exquisite homemade meals prepared in the well-appointed kitchen, and then retreat to either the living room to watch a favorite show or movie on the TV, or to the covered patio, which offers an inviting seating area, an outdoor dining table, and a gas grill - the perfect setting for barbecues! There is a designated laundry room with a stacked washer/dryer. Additional perks include high-speed WiFi and central AC.

Guests must go down 30 steep stairs to reach this vacation rental. No elevator is available.
