This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.
One of Columbia’s busiest and most charming, pedestrian friendly, commercial neighborhoods, Five Points has something for everyone! With a unique experience that cannot be duplicated anywhere else you’ll find everything from funky, independent, daytime merchants and sidewalk dining, to creative bar and restaurant concepts, a wide array of service locations and more!
Our walkability score is 90 out of 100, and is characterized as “Walker’s Paradise — daily errands do not require a car.” There is one assigned parking place in the garage beneath the building. Other parking is available in the condominium surface parking (diagram provided upon booking), or on the street.
Noise Potential: A nearby train passes at various times of the day and the middle of the night. Earplugs and white-noise machines are provided for those who need them.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Keep sliding door and window closed due to unpredictable weather. Any resulting water damages will be paid by the guest(s). No food in the bedrooms.

Use only the designated parking spot in the garage or surface parking. If the elevator/building key is lost, there will be a $75 replacement charge.

If more guests stay than listed on the reservation, a $125/guest per day charge applies. $50 late checkout fee. Use the provided makeup facecloths.
