Melissa was always prompt and very detailed. She was an awesome host that made check in very smooth and easy. Parking was very safe and Free. Close walking distance to All downtown restaurants. The apartment was very clean with a comfortable mattress. We would definitely stay here again when in Columbia.

Wonderful space, exactly as described. Host is very communicative, very up front… we have two kids working their way through USC and this will absolutely be a return option. The check-in process is rather cumbersome, especially for those not using the parking spot. The location was nice and the room was comfortable. However, all the windows look out onto park garages that are lit all night, so the room is quite bright at night. I was grateful that I brought a sleeping mask with me; other guests may want to do the same.
