Newly remodeled luxurious oceanfront condo, Unit #1710 has 2 king beds, 2 full baths with magnificent ocean views from every room. Modern open floor plan in main living area, Three flat screen tv's, 50' HDTV in living room with 5.1 surround sound, 42' HDTV's in each bedroom, electric glass front fireplace and entertainment center with high definition cablebox and DVR in living room, free wifi internet access, New kitchen, fully furnished, with all stainless steel appliances, double bowl sink with garbage disposal, New king size beds in each bedroom with brand new Simmons best pillow top mattress for each, walk in closet, custom built in wine cooler, Frig with freezer, ice maker and water-ice in door, new porcelain tile and granite tops throughout, large 260 sq. ft. balcony accessible from all rooms with new balcony furniture, linens, bath and beach towels furnished, hair dryers, soaking tub and shower in master bath with large shower in 2nd bath, new washer and dryer. Price includes linens, towels and cleaning fee. (Tax not included ). Phone or email owners for cost details and specials. Sorry no smoking, no pets and minimum rental age is 25 yrs old. Be advised that the maximum capacity in this unit is 4.. The front desk is told how many are renting and should they find that there are more than the 4 capacity, you will not get your security deposit refunded and any other damage will be addressed by the owner through Vrbo.
PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO MORE THAN 4 PEOPLE ALLOWED OVERNIGHT WITHOUT CONSENT FROM OWNER. SECURITY IS VERY AWARE OF WHO GOES IN AND OUT OF PROPERTY AND SHOULD THERE BE MORE THAN 4 YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE OR FINED $300.00.
There is a sand fee if there is an unusual amount of sand in the unit after you leave. The cleaners have pictures of excessive sand and they charge me depending upon how much extra time is required for removal.

The size of the condo is great and she has thought of the little things like aluminum foil etc that you might have forgotten to pack. There are a lot of mirrors in the unit so that’s a little off putting but it’s open and comfortable

Condo very clean and perfect layout for two couples. View from balcony is spectacular. Paula, the owner was very responsive to all our questions or concerns. Location is within walking distance to several restaurants and the Apache Pier. Highly recommend this condo for vacation

From start to finish, the owner was super helpful and attentive with our stay. We’ve stayed in this building now for 4 years and this condo has had the best views and the best communications and accommodations! The open floor plan in the living room and kitchen is not frequent in the building so to have this in the condo was great because it made the view so much nicer!

A perfect beach stay!

This is our third summer staying at Paula’s condo. We just love it there! The view is amazing. Coffee in the morning while watching the sunrise is so picturesque. We love that each couple gets a king size bed and they are so very comfortable. Paula will go above and beyond to make sure our stay is just perfect. The whole property is amazing from the pool, beach, and tiki bar area. We always wish our stay could be longer!

Myrtle Beach Getaway

Beautiful, spotless condo. Perfect view of sunrise and sunsets over the ocean. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. Condo is fully equipped with everything you need. On site restaurant has great food. Property owner, Paula, is very responsive and kind. Highly recommend this property!!

Everything about this property was fabulous! View, location, condo layout, amenities. A place with 2 king suites was difficult to find and this one was all we hoped for...and much more. Spectacular views from every room and a huge balcony accessible from both bedrooms, the kitchen and the living room. Definitely planning to return again...someday!

Absolutely Breathtaking Unit

We had a fabulous time. From the time we walked in until we left. The owner was super nice and was very helpful. It was very easy communication and the process to check in was a breeze. The location of the unit is a 5-10 ride to attractions but if you're coming to relax and have a peaceful stay. This is the place.
