Maisons-sur-Mer's location on the beach is one of Myrtle Beach's finest vacation spots! Our condo features breathtaking views of the ocean from all rooms and balconies. Among the many amenities included are a large ocean front heated pool, a kiddie pool, golf driving and putting area, an ocean front cocktail lounge and pool bar, media room, on site restaurant, barbecue area as well as a fitness center/gym. New additions to the tennis court are basketball and pickleball courts as well as a firepit with seating area. Additionally, the building has 4 high speed elevators, 24 hour security and on-site maintenance. All this insures a worry-free vacation with fun for all!

The #1808 unit features a fully equipped kitchen, 3 flat screen TV's and a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds with a sleeper sofa in the living room. Linens are included in this unit. Unit WiFi (internet) is throughout the condo.

#1808 is located in the popular 08 stack on the north side of the building. Its unique position allows you to view east out over the ocean and north over the pier toward Little River. Beautiful views from sunrise to sunset!

Great location! Close to shopping, golf, wine tasting. restaurants and adventures for the kids! Summer activities really ramp up with family friendly shows at the local Alabama Theater and Palace Theater, as well as tons of kid-friendly activities. Myrtle Beach boasts numerous miniature golf courses, water parks, fireworks, Broadway Grand Prix as well as The Track Entertainment Center just to name a few!

If it's golfing you want, relaxing at the pool or enjoying the beach and the view, this is the place for you!

The condo was perfect for our stay! The view of the ocean from the balcony is amazing. The place was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff at the building were all very friendly and Judy was a great host. We would highly recommend staying here!

We have stayed at Maisons Sur Mer many times in the past and this condo is one of the nicest we have stayed in. It is nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. When we go back to Myrtle Beach, this condo will be our first choice if it is available. Thanks for the great stay.

We have stayed at Maisons-sur-Mer the last 5 years or so and have never been disappointed. This place didn’t either. Beautiful place with amazing views. Communications with the owner (Judy) was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was good, except for construction work in the lobby replacing floor tile. Owner was very nice and responded quickly to emails. Myrtle Beach weather was somewhat cool for this time of year but weather is a risk for a beach vacation.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was beautiful. Furnishings were so comfortable. The views were fabulous. Judy the owner was great to work with. She responded timely with any questions I had and she really made the stay a breeze. If you never stayed at Maisons it is a great place to stay, easy to get to all the restaurants and shops. The pool and beach are right there. You can't go wrong with this condo, it was clean and beautiful.

The condo was one of the nicest we have ever rented. Condo was updated, exceptionally clean - comfortable king sized bed- everything and more as depicted on VRBO. We love this place!

This was our second stay at Maisons but the first time in this unit and I must say it was outstanding! A great beachy decorating theme with very comfortable furniture. It was obviously professionally designed and it even had a wine refrigerator in the dining room. How clever is that? We also found a puzzle that we enjoyed playing after dinner. The kitchen was well equipped and organized. The beds were comfortable and the showers were good. On site restaurant was good and reasonably priced. And the Ocean view…Spectacular!

Great condo

This property has the beautiful views we were looking for during our stay in myrtle beach. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. This was our first trip to the beach with our one year old and we had a great time. There was a very large baby gate in the closet that we used on the main balcony so she could safely spend time with us outside. The beach access was very convenient. Judy was very fast at answering any questions we had. Overall we had a wonderful time.
