A beautiful renovated 3 Bedroom 2 bath home that says Welcome Home!! This home is located just 1.7 miles from Burgess Falls State Park, minutes away from rock Island, State Park and Cummins Falls. Hour and a half to pigeon Forge, hour and a half to Nashville ,15 minutes to Cookeville. 15 minutes to Cookeville Boat dock. 20 minutes to hurricane Marina. This property has convenient travel times to numerous state parks and scenic spots throughout the Upper Cumberland. If you’re looking for a beautiful home to stay while exploring the area, look no further than this Burgess Falls Bungalow!

Newly updated and fully furnished home with high end furnishings. This home features a newly built extra large deck with beautiful pavilion with Edison lights and new patio furniture. Build yourself a camp fire (Firewood not provided) at the fire pit and relax in one of the Adirondack chairs, unwind and completely slow down to enjoy every moment with friends, family, or just yourself. The bedrooms all feature queen beds and all the rooms have Vizio TVs which you can relax and watch over 150 free channels or stream your favorite movie sites with our high speed wireless internet. This property has a full sized kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator. We have a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, dishes, washer & dryer and much more. We look forward to hosting you and are happy to answer any questions!

Note: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID to pass through our verification portal. Depending on the results of our guest screening tool, we will require some guests to provide us with their credit card information primarily intended for additional verification. Some guests may be required a security deposit.
My team is available daily between 7 AM to 8 PM CT to address your questions and concerns. For any food deliveries Uber Eats, DoorDash, GrubHub, Postmates, Dinner Delivered will deliver them all to you. Sleeping capacity is 6. Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $25 per person per night. Standard check-in time is at 3 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate. Standard check-out time is at 11 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability.

I can honestly say this is the cleanest and most comfortable place that I have ever stayed away from home. Visited this area for my daughter's wedding this week-end and having an inviting and pleasant place to stay in between times meant a lot. Wonderful Place to Stay

Perfect location for all sorts of outdoor activities. We were here as a family with two young children. The house was the perfect size for us. It was also super clean when we checked in which is always appreciated. We definitely would come and stay again.

Great stay

The house was clean, stocked with essentials and as advertised. We did a bunch of waterfalls all less than an hour drive. Would recommend staying here if you’re looking for a nice place to stay and it was cheaper then a motel.

We really enjoyed our stay! The property is beautiful, and the surrounding area is absolutely gorgeous—just about 10 minutes from Walmart, which was super convenient. The views driving in and out were stunning.We especially loved the outdoor space, including the fire pit and grill. It was such a great place to relax and unwind.One suggestion: it would be great to update the shower head for better water pressure.Unfortunately, we experienced some plumbing issues during our stay and had to cut our trip short. However, we appreciated that the host refunded us for the night we didn’t stay.Overall, it was a lovely spot with a lot of potential, and with a few small improvements, it could be perfect!
The living room, we enjoyed a bit of Friends while staying.

Very clean and cute home

This house was exactly as described and very clean which we loved! The check in process does feel a little excessive and weird semi “like a scam” as others have mentioned however this home is just managed by a rental company so a little different check in than when renting from an individual who manages the rental. Would definitely stay here again should we be in the area!

The property was just as advertised. Furnishings were clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for 4 people or more and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was very restful and quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The inside is clean and very charming with 3 nice size bedrooms with very comfortable beds. We all enjoyed our morning coffee in the backyard gazebo and I enjoyed working one morning from the front porch. Highly recommend this place, will stay here again!

Great space in the country to enjoy with family

We loved the property and back yard setup. It is beautifully decorated and had all the basic necessities you’ll need. Great place to enjoy a nice weekend with your family. Very close to burgess falls state park.

Getaway perfection

We found the house to be just as described if not better. It is beautifully decorated. They have provided the small details that make the stay very nice. The beds are comfortable and extra blankets are available for comfy movie watching on the couch. We were so pleased with the location and how close the house is to Burgess falls. We can't think of anything that they could do to make the stay any better than it already is. We were completely happy.

Beautiful aroma

The house was very clean, it even had a nice floral aroma as you entered. The sheets smelled freshly washed. This was very pleasing to me, however, my daughter-in-law has issues with scented things. So as much as I loved it, if you have issues with fragrances, this might not be the place for you. Or you could probably let the owner be aware of your sensitivities ahead of time. We really enjoyed staying at the house. It was nice to sit on the front porch in the morning and enjoy the warmth of the morning sun.

This is one of the better VRBOs we have stayed in. The interior of this property is excellent. Everything was very clean. As for the exterior, we also really enjoyed the gazebo in the backyard and sitting on the front porch in the morning as the sun came up. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is also a great place. It's quite a distance from just about anything. It's about 20 minutes from shopping in Sparta or Cookeville. If you want to know what it's like to live in the country, this is the place for you. I highly recommend it!

Very disappointing

Nice than the plumbing problem that lasted for days. We were not able to use bathrooms and kitchen for several days.manitance man came .he plunged the toilet then said he had to go get a snake and would be back in about two hours. We never saw him again. Then some men came said it was all fixed buts was not fixed.Kept hearing someone was on their way. It never showed. In the meantime we had to go to my brothers for showers and to eat other wise would have had to go to a hotel. We feel that we were not to fault that the septic tank was full and needed to be pumped out.We would like to get a refund for days without plumbing and all the inconvience. This really spoiled our trip. Your kind attention to this matter and hope no one that goes to any of your rentals has to go through. this ordeal.
