This condo was beautiful. Direct ocean view and plenty of room for everyone. Close proximity to boardwalk and Broadway on the Beach. Check in and check out was seamless. I truly did not want to leave. Excellent! Excellent! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Vacation

My husband and I and 2 of my adult siblings stayed here. The view is wonderful! The sunrise from the balcony was fantastic. The unit was very clean. The check in process was super easy. We did not find the beds to be very comfortable and towels are horrible, thin, rough, and leaves towel fuzz on your skin after shower. The check out communication was a little frustrating regarding where the trash goes, but eventually got it resolved. Overall it was a nice stay.

Postives: the room was clean, in pretty good condition considering it's a rental, and the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies. Great view of the beach and pools below. There were chairs and boogie boards in the closet to use at the beach.Negatives: this room does not come with the Anderson Hotel perks such as the free-play at the putt putt golf across the street, no daily servicing of the room without even higher cost, minimal bath towels for the amount of guests able to fit the space without doing laundry daily, the hot water was very hit and miss in the showers, the only parking is a parking garage across the street which is extremely tight with only one way in and out which causes dangerous traffic patterns, the hotel only had 3 luggage carts for the entire hotel, since this room is not associated with the hotel the front desk had zero information about anything. It was a nice vacation but not worth the high cost in my opinion.
